I had a wonderful stay at Easyinn 161 near Sun Moon Lake. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was clean, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The location is great, close to Sun Moon Lake and local attractions. It's literally right in front of the bus stop for the Taichung-SunMoon lake. 7/11 next to it, and 4 minutes walking from the pier. Really spacious room with a comfortable bed.

The accommodation does not have a lift. It's not a limiting factor but it's something to keep in mind if you are planning to book here. Honestly wasn't a big issue for me.

The hotel room is quite spacious and the staff is quite helpful. The location is very strategic as it is close to the ferry. Despite it being quite busy outside, the room is quite noise proof. The room is very clean and it comes with light breakfast :)

The Inn has no elevator. Issue only if you have heavy luggage.

Recently renovated. Very clean and spacious room with balcony. Location was great, right next to bus stop. Host was very helpful. The Inn also gave us a voucher for an hour of free bicycle rental, which allow for a wonderful experience on the cycling path.

It will definitely be the ideal hotel for even more guests if there is a lift built to cater to people staying especially at the 3rd and 5th floor. (There is no 4th floor. Please help to carry luggages for your couple and/or your parents)

1) Super convenient - 1 min walk from the main bus station) - 7eleven store is just right beside the hotel (smaller outlet is just 2 mins walk away) - 5 to 10 mins walk away to the bustling area where starbucks, souvenir shops, eateries and even the harbour is located - Bus ticket to Taipei can be bought at this counter which is just located beside the hotel too. 2) The owner of the hotel is very friendly and heartwarming - Gives you the family vibe and always at smile - Explain to you further the types of transportation around Sun Moon Lake, the attractions even though there are already brochures provided. 3) Feels safe as there is a police station right diagonally opposite the hotel 4) Though it's near the bus station and the main road, there is really very little noise produced during the night time. No disturbance during the stay. 5) The room is awesome - Bed is spacious, comfy and clean - The area of the room is very big - To note that there is no room cleaning throughout the stay (we booked a 3d2n hotel stay). So please try to keep the room tidy and clean! - Toilet is clean too (Flush system is good. Shampoo and body wash provided) - Welcome drinks provided (there is complimentary coffee and tea at the 1st floor of the hotel too)

The sound travels through the building quite easily. Sometimes easy to hears noise from above.

Reception staff were really nice. Provided instructions for all the facilities and answered questions about getting bikes to cycle round sun moon lake. They also answered questions about local foods and offered us some snacks to try. Location by the bus stop was very convenient for access.

The hotel is just next door of the main bus stop. There is also one 24hr 7-11 right opposite the hotel. Hotel provide voucher for bicycle renting also. Customer service is friendly, she introduce us to the dinner place nearby and also a spot for firefly watching. Good service. Definitely good experience of staying here in Sun Moon Lake
