The hotel is great! Big rooms and amazing value for money. Just across the street from the main station. On arrival, we got a voucher for a free beer, there was also a free ice-cream and snack buffet always available & free coffee and tea- amazing 👏

Rooms with two single bed instead of one double bed would be better

Tastes good too! - Each room was also given a free beer XD - Hotel also provided free laundry services - super good :) - Hotel buffet is pretty within expectations - Hotel room is big, showering facilities and the toilet bowl are superb XD Free coffee, tea sachets are provided in room too - Receptionists are pleasant :) - Hotel within reasonable walking distance to KaohSiung station - Overall a very positive experience here, my family and I loved it so much and will no doubt rebook this hotel again :)

We love how friendly and helpful the staff is. We were allowed to leave the luggage on premise for several hours on the departure day. The staff members are so polite! The facility and the room are spotless, the breakfast is generous, and the common area is so relaxing. We certainly will try to book the hotel again, if we revisit Kaohsiung.

Top location at the heart of the city, steps from shops/fast-food chains and the main train station. Spotless clean with a great customer service. Breakfast is verily excellent (unless you solely rely on Western style, as it is mostly comprised of oriental items...), and the real top feature is the lounge-lobby, a 24 hours space where you can refresh with hot and cold beverages, snacks and even a selection of delightful ice cream flavours! Highly recommended, an optimal value that delivers a great experience.

If you have a car, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY!! Parking is free but the parking garage is super tight and requires an expert driver to get into the spot. You enter via a back lane and enter a car elevator, then many tight turns. Requires a passenger to spot your corners, I was extremely agitated by this carpark!! The hotel was in a more run down location. Seems lots of loiterers smoking cigarettes outside the hotel.

The SERVICE was phenomenal; when we needed assistance grabbing our luggage from the storage room before jetting to the MRT, I called ahead, and staff kindly prepared everything for our quick turnaround. The breakfast buffet has a great selection; I personally enjoyed the congee, fresh fruit, and hot soy milk. Travelers with a Western palate will likely be less accustomed to the majority of the offerings; however, there are some cereals, an omelet-like dish, toast and spreads, juices, and coffee. Rooms and facilities are very clean. Of special note, the LAUNDRY facility has several washers and dryers, free for all guests to use, powder detergent provided. The first-floor café area has a nice midcentury-like decor with plenty of outlets and good wi-fi for working on laptops. The café also has unlimited ice cream and little snacks, plus a coffee bar. Each day, each room is provided a complimentary beer. Additional beers are available for purchase.

Great location, clean and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, around the clock snack available in the lounge a big plus. Underground parking in the same building. Very convenient and safe. The front office staff was extremely kind and professional, and made us feel welcome. Momo in particular went the extra mile. exceeded expectations. thank you for a great stay!
