The front desk a young handsome who was intro the surrounding speak too fast, you have to stay focus, which I able to catch what he tell but not everyone can!

We have a room just one the ground floor. The table & bench face to the mountain just awesome, the bed was comfortable, the room size is big enough for two, highly recommended!

A bit of insects here and there but guess that’s normal for a mountain accommodation.

The view is spectacular. Location is a bit hard to reach but can still get hire taxi to reach (about TWD 200-2500). The toughness to reach is well compensated by the nice quiet surrounding with magnificent Mountain View. A great place to rejuvenate and heal my mind out from crazy work life. The property has very homely feeling, the staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating, helping us to book transport back to town. Breakfast was great with good combination of carbo and protein. I love the breads…look simple but addictive to munch!

Having to lug our luggage up the stairs. One of the staff (young lady with ponytail) was not very friendly.

No in house restaurant

The breakfast was very nice and adequate. Because we booked for a big room which can accomodate 6 people , they provided breakfast for 6 people instead of 2 guests. The rooms were comfortable with high ceiling and the view awe inspiring

Hot water takes a very long time to heat up. But that is a minor problem given everything else are so good.

Very clean and comfortable. The Villa is beautifully designed and the room is so big. Mountain view is astounding. Breakfast is more than excellent. So much effort has been made to ensure breakfast menu is different on each of our three days' stay. Staff were extremely helpful. We were grateful to meet the Villa's owner who was so kind in helping us locate our next homestay in the neighbourhood and drove us there after we checked out. We will definitely stay here should we come to Lalashan again. Truly heavenly stay.

The walls don't seemed to be quite soundproof. We could hear other guests partying into the night from our room.

The location was rustic and beautiful. It was literally in the clouds in the next morning. Staff were very polite and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was very interestingly presented and delicious. Enjoyed the serenity during breakfast. Overall, Cloud Villa has a very homely feel.

Almost perfect; nothing to complain about. If anything, what could be better is to widen the narrow ally lead-up to the premises and provide more spacious parking, but that's out of the hotel's control.

All the rooms come with a perfect view of the mountains. Our room on the second floor has a private balcony. Breakfast was freshly made, and the option to dine in the lounge area, outdoors, or in the room. Great big-screen TV with Netflix is definitely a plus. Walking distance to 7-eleven, restaurants, and fruit stalls.

The room is not soundproof enough to hear upstairs kids noise.

Bookings or the hotel did not prompt us that we don't need to rent two 4-person rooms for 5 of us. We could have either add a bed or rent one 4-person room plus one 2-person room.
