Our room on the ground floor was a big loud but apart from that, all good.

The staff was really friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Location is good, near a metro station. Also loved the possibility to wash clothes. Breakfast is decent!

What I like about this hotel, it’s close to MRT Songjiang Nanjing station which is like 4-5 minutes walk. The location is quiet. The STAFF at the RECEPTION are really nice and very accommodating. They always greets you with a smile and attentive to your requests. They also clean the room and change the towels and beddings every day which is very nice. I would definitely come back again

The staff very friendly. It was 31st Dec when I checked in, they have pineapple tart as a new year gift. So warm of them. And it just walk distance to the train station.

On some nights it was a bit noisy because other guests didn't appreciate the quiet hours. I had some disconnection problems when using the wifi.

The location of the hotel is close to the Songjiang Nanjing MRT station, which makes traveling via public transport convenient. The room was big and the amenites good. The staff was very nice and they had the possibility to wash and dry own laundry

Our room has some odd noise at night, like laundry and a foul smell at the time we entered which somehow subsided overtime.

I like the the hotel introduces new dishes for their daily buffet. The location is best for commuters due to proximity to the train station. Would recommend for couples and friends visiting Taipei. The staffs are very friendly too!!

The walls are really thin and you could hear your neighbors’ conversations, taking showers and flushing toilets. The room also smelt of strong chemicals. The AC blows directly at the head of the bed making it’s very uncomfortable.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The property is close to an MRT station.

We prefer to have the toilet bowls with bidets so washing is convenient.

We mostly appreciate the very warm and professional service of their staffs. We particularly wish to commend a front desk employee by the name of "AN" whose been so pleasantly efficient, helpful and so courteous the whole time. We truly feel at home. Thanks so much! We'll definitely bring along our family and friends on our next visit to Taipei

The small fridge in the room was not cold at all, running at room temperature and was basically useless. Adjustment didn't work. It needs to be replaced. No bathroom tissue roll supplied, had to buy our own; later discovered that we could have requested it. Room was on the small side, but I guess this couldn't be helped. Power went out one night for a few minutes across the district, but warning was given ahead of time.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of eggs despite shortage of egg supply in Taiwan. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location was great, less than 5 minutes walk to subway around the corner.
