Added an extra bed to a double room bed and the walking space became limited and could not easily access the balcony.

The hotel is clean and cozy. Located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood area ,2 min walk to MTR station and there are eateries and convenience shops .

The Wifi is very average.

Nice breakfast, very close to metro station, less than 5 mins walking. Staffs are friendly, very comfortable beds. 711 is just opposite to the hotel.

I stayed there several times now and I like the place because of its nice and clean rooms. The interieur is kept in a modern and bright style. The location is also great with restaurants, streetfood options and convenience stores nearby.

cleaning service isn't very prompt, dont like the outlet location for charging, light buttons are not conveniently configured.

Varying and difficult to adjust water temperature for bath (turns very hot and very cold intermittently). Shampoo and shower gel provided are in sachets not bottles - very inconvenient to use and finishes very quickly. Window was dirty. Breakfast selection is only decent.

Clean room and bathroom. Very friendly reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Heated toilet seat. Comfortable bed.

convenience. plenty of eateries and 7-11 is just opposite the hotel while family mart is 2min walk away. metro is 2-mins walk to the right of the hotel. sound proof rooms. clean rooms and sheets. helpful and friendly staffs. decent breakfast.

room is nice and modern very near the mrt, nice surrounding, many local shops, walking to distance to raohe night market nothings much you can do at the balcony during winter.

Squeezy for a family of three with extra bed. The tap is not in the toilet and it's noisy at night when the other room is using water.

Good location. 2 mins walk from Houshanpi exit 3 and 10 mins walk to TRA Songshan station. Well stocked 7 eleven is situated opposite the hotel.

The lights were right above the head of the bed, I accidentally kept on bumping on it in the middle of the night turning on the lights.

Convenient location, right next to the MRT exit, includes a nice balcony with a nice view as well as a bidet a bath and a shower, it was a good valued stay

The ceiling is a bit moldy and quite dusty to be found on the ventilation of the central air con. air con is sometimes too strong even in the dead heat of summer. I need to open the balcony door to let a bit of hot air flow in. But overall it’s still good

The location is not far off from the central district area. And the hotel is so close to the subway station Taipei MRT. That makes the hotel easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is exceptional with bathtub and shower room and the Japanese smart toilet seat. I think it’s just too good for the value.

Black mold in the bathroom on the folding chair and other places. Asked for it to be cleaned. The staff were friendly and helpful and sent someone to clean the bathroom straight away. The wall tiles were cleaned. However, the black mold wasn’t cleaned, even though I showed pictures of where the mold was.

Good breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location.

Not very clean, the shower had mold and we found a couple of hairs on the wall, carpet and some of the furniture old and dirty (pics attached). We didn’t like the area
