Room aircon was chilly, perhaps added to the fact that it was raining for past few days. Had to turn off the air conditioning during the night.

Comfortably sized rooms, comfortable and well maintained rooms. Location is good; very convenient and walkable as it is near to station and ximending. Also had small food stalls, convenience store. Reception lady was helpful in showing how to use the check out machine.

Staff - not friendly. Tend to favor other nationality guests i meant the non-chinese speaking. Room - left my small blanket in room after check out. Went back to hotel few days later & they claimed housekeeping didnt find anything. Its not a expensive item so we didnt pursue further. Room - the light at the walk in area (at door area( is auto sensor & it goes off after a couple of minutes making the walkway dark which we didnt like. The room certainly needs some upgrading or touching up. Not recommended if they charge anything beyond S$140 a night. For promo rate below this is still worth to stay .

The fact that the temperature couldn't be controlled was quite annoying. It was a tad chilly in the room (and bathroom) on account of that. I checked with the reception about it and they said its centrally controlled. The only solution they offered was to turn off the unit! That, and the fact that there was an alarm that went off in the middle of the night (on my first night) and everyone had to make their way down to the reception. No explanation was offered!

A well appointed room, and bathroom. I especially appreciated the heated toilet seat! A solid location, walking distance from Taipei Main Station, and to several other points of interest in Taipei. The breakfast spread was decent, and the Wifi signal was strong.

I always travel with load of apparels. However, the hangers they provided in the room were not enough for me (they provided around 5 hangers).

The location is good. You can access to Taipei main station within 5-7 minutes. Easily to go Ximen area by walk just around 10 minutes. Also there are many food and boba tea shops around the hotel area. The room is very clean. Nothing to complain about that.

The soundproofing between the rooms is not that great. Every time the neighbor went to the bathroom we thought someone was in our room using our bathroom! The soundproofing to the outside was good, we hardly heard the road.

Super comfortable, huge bed! Great water pressure and very centrally located with lots of cafes and restaurants very close by.

The rooms are spacious with everything you need - fast WIFI, safety box, bathtub, complimentary water, refrigerator, slippers, robes, etc. It's a green hotel and the respect the environment by having non essentials like solid soaps, razors, combs, etc. available in a bin at the lobby. Housekeeping is also green oriented by scheduling change of towels every 3 days, but they will provide fresh ones on request. Location is a winner!

The AC was really cold despite turning it up. The TV wasn’t connected to WIFI in the morning before we checked out.

Very clean, recently renovated, nice sized bathroom and room. The staff were friendly and they offered us baggage holding service after check out, too.

The air con. The aircon is unable to adjust its temperature. If we on, it’s stuck at 20 degrees. If we off there’s no air ventilation The drain is also noisy in the toilet

The room is very dim... not ideal if you want to put make up on or work/meetings the room i had was very near and facing the next building so people could look into your room if you don't have curtains down.
