Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

TaiwanBath tub had multiple dents and cracks that were rusted, made me not want to take a bath, which was what I was looking for at the first place. I even paid more for this type of room… Also there were exposure of rusts in the bathroom.

There’s a morning and night market just right infront of the property!!! You don’t have to worry about starving at night as the market is still available at 12am!!! You might be seeing a few roaches at the staircase area (which is hard to avoid as it’s a neighbourhood with food stalls nearby), but I didn’t see any in the room or common areas. There’s a 24hrs dobby and family mart near the property too. Basically everything you’ll need is in 5mins walk distance.

GermanyThe bathroom is very old and has seen some better times but it was clean. The furniture is a bit tacky and the entersnce is in a house. The hotel is basically one floor that has been converted into separate rooms. When you stand in front of the enterance you will see a very old house next to a park.
It’s very centrally placed. The view outside was nice.

NetherlandsUnfortunately, our stay here was comically terrible.. the room didn’t look like the room that we booked online, and it was full of damp. The overall feeling was that it wasn’t clean and our bedsheets were also slightly damp. In the night our bathroom and bedroom light was malfunctioning so it kept on flicking, this seemed to be an old problem as the lighting was a wiring issue. We woke up to our water being cut in the morning so we had to use to bottle water to brush our teeth and wash our faces. We will apply for a refund!!! Will send the hotel videos (sadly didn’t take photos.)
