Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaWhen we arrived we were given room 101 which smelt/appeared moldy and damp - there was little ventilation and no dehumidifier. I was disappointed with the room but willing to stay until we saw that the toilet was very dirty and there were bugs (but not bed bugs) and hairs in the bed/sheets. I would have rated the property a 3 based on our initial assessment. When I advised the owner of the room issue, they promptly moved us to another room which was much cleaner, more comfortable and overall far better - so we greatly appreciated this and I have adjusted the rating accordingly. I trust they will be more careful in future with cleanliness and would consider staying again

The lovely owner was patient with me as I didn't have enough cash on me, but allowed me to pay the next morning. The beds and room was comfortable and spottedlessly clean too. Highly recommend place to stay in Chishang.

FranceIt was a very convenient and nice place to hike and explore the surroundings that are truly of an amazing beauty. The owner is friendly, bikes are available for free, the cofee is excellent and everything is clean. I would come back with pleasure !

United StatesMr. Chen (the owner?) is extremely kind and accommodating. The house is located in an optimal location, very close to Chishang station, and the most popular attractions are only 20-something-minute bicycle rides away. On that note, there are bicycles at your disposal.
