Front street and nearby area is dirty and littered with garbages and feces. Some homeless camps installed on the street and next door. Automatic check-in and check-out is a bit confusing. Area is not well lit at night. Shower had no closing door, wetting the whole bathroom when showering Room is a bit small, but ok.

Theres's no wardrobe so there is lack of storage space to hang clothes up. There's 4 hooks by the door but that's it.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Taichung station. The family bedroom we had was clean and tidy. It had all the basic amenities and it was a comfortable stay.

Perfectly located just opposite of Taichung Station. Pulsating area with many little shops, restaurants, 24h convenience stores. Green areas (Shin Sei Green Waterway Park and Taichung Park) in short walking distance. Simple but comfortable room with a great city view incl. the historic train station building.

Room was too small. Small room just can only fit 2peoples. Lagauge too big and more can't even fit the room. in the have to use jump over here and there. Really small room, hope they can change it. other than that, I like this hotel much.

No bidet

Right in front of the train station and near bus stations so it was easy to travel around. With free coffee and tea. Water pressure is really great and the bathroom is spacious. The room is quite small but we appreciate the extra amenities such as fridge, electric kettle, and hair dryer.

The flush system is really lousy.have to flush many times for big business.

Room/toliet cleaniness is generally acceptable, but can do better. The triple room has limited space and can be rather cramp when there are a few pieces of large luggages in the room.

Very price-worthy, excellent location with all means of transportation within walking distance. Popular tourist spots i.e. Miyahara, night markets are also near the hotel. The hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, just a 5-min walk from Taichung Railway Station. The staff are all friendly and willing to let us put our luggage in the lobby before we check in and after we check out. The breakfast is tasty and have a great variety of choices.

The smell of drains in the bathroom.

Quiet hotel despite its central location .There are laundry facilities for guests, which we didn't use but nice to have.
