Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeRoom very small small. No place to hang clothes. Imagine the clothes hanger is on top of table :| definitely no place to put 2 x 24 inch luggage. Blocking the door when i put 1 luggage at doorway. I missed the lift when first arrive as it is just a lift in betwen the shops which you wont think its the hotel lift. And there is big clinic signboard (at basement) at lobby, which i tot the bldg is for the clinic 😅. It’s for tourists with backpack, not family. Also, it’s kind of strange design with counter on 5th floor (thk there are rooms on 5th floor too, and the rest at level 2 to 4). U tap the card at main glass door to enter right after exit lift. Means any outsiders can go in if they pretend to stand behind you and enter the main door with you if strangers go by staircase. of course, u still need use the card to enter the room after u enter main door.
