As mentioned by others, it is not at all soundproof.

The location was super, everything you could need was very close to the hotel. There were snacks and amenities in the room and a fridge with water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing really.

Location was great. Staff were nice and friendly. They were apologetic that the hotel had to do some emergency door lock changing for another room on my floor late into the night that disrupted my rest. They allowed me late check-out the next day for that.

The room had very limited foot space. We put 1 luggage on the floor and 3 pairs of shoes and moving in the room already involves lots of jumping over things and trying not to bump into the TV. The door was not sound proof, we can clearly hear other talking outside and closing their own doors all the time.

The place was in the middle of everything. Access to Taipei Main Station & major bus stops within minutes, possible to walk to various places: National Museum, Ximending, CKS Memorial Hall. Dozens convenient stores, clothing shops and pharmacy all around and a few food stalls right at the front. We found ourselves coming back to the street to eat cuz finding food was difficult sometimes. One day we, found it too windy and thrifted a hoodie immediately. Thats how super convenient it was.

The room I stayed on level three was very nosy due to the laundry room is next to it and was making a lot of noise when the washing was happening late at night. The room was also facing a noisy street. There was a drainage problems from the water.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants. Staff are helpful. Room is clean.

The dryer takes a considerably long time to dry wet clothes.

Staff were helpful, friendly and able to communicate in English. Location was perfect! Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. TIPS - If you have BIG and heavy luggage it's better off to alight at NTU Hospital Station instead of at Taipei Main Station (where you will have to climb up so many staircases). Google map & direction should then help you to navigate your walk to the hotel easily & comfortably. No need to get a taxi or uber.

The room is not well-maintained (looks old), and poor soundproofing. Good things the next door ain’t that loud. 😅

Right next to Taipei Main Station, walking distance from Chang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, plenty of food stalls/shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance from Ximending Night Market, and close to convenience stores (Family Mart or 7/11)

I stayed in twin room which I think the beds are too small even I am an average Asian girl. I think its a lil bit pricey compared to the room quality but I think its normal for hotels in the heart of Taipei (which is pretty sad).

Cleanliness. This is the first thing that will catch your senses. The look. The feel. The scent. The room is obviously disinfected. Tourist friendly. From light switches to shower room. Almost everything has English translations. We were greeted with an English speaking staff. Room is not that large, but still quite enough for two. A bit pricey though. We checked in before Chinese New Year. In and out times are 16:00-11:00. Quiet environment and just across the Taipei Main Station.

Room was slightly on the smaller side hence there was not much space to walk around after placing the luggage. Would be better if there was more room space. Table was also small, hence hard to place things.

The location was superb, very close to Taipei Main Station. It was easy to find eateries, convenient stores and restaurants around the area. Staff were also friend, fuss free check in and out process. Beds were comfy and toilet was clean.

The location is very accessible. It is near the main train station. There are also convenient shops and McDonald's around the corner There is hot and cold drinking water at the front desk and many other small things like toiletries, cups, drinks and biscuits in the room. The design of the room is cute.
