Google map made us walk on a very busy highway with not enough margin for pedestrians from a train station for 15 minutes. Then we waited for a bus that was supposed to take us to the bus stop close to the hotel. While waiting, the time table on google map kept changing (a bad sign). The bus never came. We were lucky to catch a taxi. I have a feeling there might be a better way to get there... They do have a laundry facility on the basement - one washer and one drier.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was prompt without any issues even though it was very early in the morning.

Shuttle is great. Providing Coffee or drinks or snack would be also be great especially for late arrivals or early departures.

The only unfortunate experience we had in our short stay there was the noise from neighboring rooms. We could quite clearly hear the people next door chat and laugh and they weren't being exceedingly rowdy either. It sounded like they were just chatting at a volume you'd expect in a restaurant so I guess the walls were quite thin. We could also hear kids in the rooms we passed while walking down the corridor and the doors close loudly from adjacent rooms. Other than this, everything else was great.

We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities during our short stay there. It was a very spacious, clean hotel that was a bit nicer than your no frills budget hotel and built to cater for a fast turnaround being near the airport. They had a free transport service you can book in advance to take you to the airport at set times starting at 3:50am and it was only a 10 - 15min ride to the airport. It's a quick walk across the road to a 7-11 and a Family Mart and they had vending machines in the lobby dispensing all sorts of instant noodles and drinks. Very happy with our impromptu stay overall.

No restaurant or cafe open except for breakfast. They change foreign currency to Taiwanese, but will not exchange Taiwanese currency for foreign currencies.

The smell of damp carpet in the corridor and room suggests refurbishing and changing the carpet. No decent restaurant nearby so the hotel should think of having a restaurant outlet or at least room service.

The location is about 15 mins drive from the airport and it's nice to have the complimentary airport shuttle in the morning.

Nothing . Maybe they can have brighter lights in the bathroom . Otherwise it is really a good choice if you need a short stay nearby airport. There are no restaurants around so you have to travel out or go across to Sheraton to eat.

We stayed here for one night because of our early flight. The hotel is about 10 mins from Taoyuan international airport. Hotel provided free shuttle service which is a plus. The staff were quick to attend to us and very helpful. Really appreciate their fast response when my daughter spilled something on the bed, they were fast to come and changed the sheets for us. The room is huge for 4 persons and the area is quiet. We enjoyed our short stay . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms in this accommodation were very large and spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The staff spoke good English which was particularly useful for us. The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and the shuttle service was good. The hotel had good free and secure parking which we used for our hire car.
