A fantastic choice for my parents’ birthday celebration! They had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was consistently excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight of their mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was relaxing. I’m so happy I chose this hotel for such a special occasion!

The reception as you arrive in your car, the staff needs more training as they seem like they don't know what to do to unload your luggage and baby items etc. and they don't speak English. -The guy and girl helping me took 1 bag out of the car of the 10 I had and then closed the car doors... The reception desk the staff are well informed polite and speak English. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so keep that in mind to book the restaurants early as they fill out as they are very good.

Wonderful place for a high level family get away. Good restaurant options and kids areas and play options are excellent! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with soft beds and pillows.- one of the best beds in Taiwan of the 30+ I've stayed at. The sound proofing is also excellent so the rooms are all quiet. The pool area is beautiful and has an area catering to children and adults alike. The Chinese restaurant is very good as is the Lobby lounge restaurant which has excellent food options like the T bone steak and the cheese burger. If you love golf the full course is good and well kept, but must be booked in advance due to the high demand.

On the website under most popular facilities, it says "airport shuttle (free)". But, after we made the booking and asked about this shuttle service, the reply was "Hotel only provide Taiwan High Speed Rail Station Shuttle Bus. If you would like to Shuttle Service, we can book limo service for you, it will be charged extra fee. Please contact us if you would like a price quote,, related department will reply you." I find the "airport shuttle (free)" misleading!! And, the follow-up message is not friendly and helpful for a tourist who has not been to Taiwan for a long while. Also, staff members at this property must be very proud of working in this 5-star property, especially the check-in staff I met at the reception. one comment.. arrogant!! I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip to Taiwan, this is the most expensive but the lowest level of service.

it is clean, and vacation-y, shuttle bus is a lifesaver for the person who cannot drive there, the SPA is exceptional, very relaxing, 10/10 recommend for the spa treatment, the whole staff there is professional and kind.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us prepare baby’s bed, pregnancy pillow, and birthday cake. Clean, cozy and welcoming. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The bed was too soft.

I didn’t like the breakfast ADD, it was kind of a mess with some guests talking loudly in front of the dishes (some people coughing too) but no staffs were trained to say anything and just let it happen.

Room was nice and spacious, public areas are quite comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
