room was slightly small (even though this was already bigger than other hotel rooms in taipei), but it was difficult to have luggages open and being able to walk around the room at the same time

right opposite the MTR which was super convenient, and walkable to shilin night market bathroom was very spacious despite the room itself being small kitchen pantry downstairs had coffee/tea as well as bread for breakfast which was nice and a nice area to hang out, outside of the room washing machine/dryer was very convenient

Their staff are super nice and helpful. I love the washing machine very much especially when you’re away from home for 2 weeks. The bath tub was amazing too. Was staying in the penthouse and the bedroom was super quiet, so I could get nice sleep.

Right infront of Jiantan MRT station. About 5mins walk to Shilin Market. Light breakfast with selections of bread, fresh fruits and great coffee.

- the wifi was unreliable - living room in our room lacked space - kind of noisy due to traffic and the train - the auto toilet upstairs not working - we have 3 people, but they only gave us one room card

Very close to MRT so very convenient for travel within Taipei. Shilin night market is within easy walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet location. Hotel very clean and comfortable as would be expected for the price.

Nice simple breakfast of fruit, small pastries, hot drinks. Location was excellent, across the street from train station, bus stop a short walk away, also close to Shilin night market. Also had laundry facilities (which I did not use but appreciated regardless).

Payment system is confusing. A week before actual date the hotel charge my card. Upon check in they requested deposit. Already standby cash to put as deposit. But no receipt was issued. I made them to sign a receipt i made my own. Upon checkout, they said deposit will not be given back becoz it will be considered as payment. But a week earlier the card was charge. They said they have called the bank to cancel it. Weird. Why do they do that. Since i need the cash, in insisted them to give back the cash and charge my card again. I end up need to wait 14 working days to be reimbursed back. They shud simplified the payment system for the client. Payment should be straight forward and not make it difficult for the client.

Austere living room. The so-called attic had only one small window at the side near the corridor. You can see nothing when lying on the bed. We were disappointed since we were planning to have some fun and enjoy our holiday.

Location across from metro was great and room was comfortable, but small, BUT BIG BONUS washer+dryer was great. We knew breakfast was limited but it was a bit too limited. Maybe some sliced cheese or meat and boiled egg would be nice. BEING ABLE TO WALK 2 blocks TO SOME MICHELIN RATED FOOD at the NEARBY SHILIN MARKET WAS OUTSTANDING!

Space is abit tight especially when we need to open up our luggage. A little dusty on the top shelves in the room’s wardrobe. Consider installing outdoor balcony blinds when property decides to refresh to allow guest(s) to have more privacy. Consider providing foldable chairs and tables for balcony.

Essentially a stone throw from Jiantan Metro Station (in Taipei), and 10 minutes walk to Shilin Night Market. There are many local eateries, convenient stores (7-11, Watsons etc.) in the vicinity. There’s a pantry which has bread and fruits for breakfast from 7am onwards (first come first serve basis, they are replenished and still available after 9am) at no additional cost. Coffee and tea, hot water and ice maker are available 24/7. There is washing machine in rooms with balcony and two common washing machines and dryers beside the pantry. Receptionists are polite and helpful; housekeeping are thoughtful.
