Hoping there's a different variation of Asian food common in breakfast soon.

The room was clean and the staff is so accommodating and approachable and lucky to have the room with balcony hoping I will get it again when we come back, the staff can speak in English too so they can communicate easily with their clients.

All plates, cups, eating utensils are disposable...not at all environmentally friendly. When I tried to reduce the waste by using my own keep cup, I was told by the staff that I should not do this and should use the disposable cups to make coffee and pour it into my own cup, on the ground that I would create a mess (which there was no proof). The bathroom layout was poorly designed...each time someone took a shower the floor became too wet to walk on. The common area is not clean and inviting.

So terrible a crawling objects from underbed going up to the bed and since I saw it I wasn't able to sleep well and starting to dream bad. The following morning I request for room transfer and there I found out that the given room was clean properly. So still overall good since it is also cheap with 24/7 free juice and coffee

Even on lowest possible setting, AC was cold. Had to turn it completely off. This was in November.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Decent asian style breakfast. Not far from Sanchong metro station (which is an airport train stop) and a relatively easy walk (go under the overpass about 150m from hotel). Luggage can be left in lobby in sight of front desk.

The cleaning could be better , attention to detail from the the cleaners . behind the toilet and bathroom looked wiped round but not clean but i will stay again on my way back to the airport

Free coffee tea. and juice 24hr the reception staff are all lovely very helpful and breakfast was plenty asian style ( you are in Asia ) but they do have toast jam lift is card operation so no one can get up with out one , so its safe

THE DAILY BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME THE WHOLE 5 DAYS WE STAYED SAME FOOD THEY COOKED , CR / TOILET IN CANTEEN IS VERY DIRTY STINK , NO VIDET THE CLEANERS ARE NOT CLEANING VERY WELL EVEN THE ROOMS THEY NEVER CHANGE BED SHEET.... NEVER AGAIN ... AIRCON IN 421ROOM IS NOT COOLING THATS WHY ELECTRIC FAN WAS ALREADY THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED. 4

This place is not as advertised and we booked a non-refundable reservation, which really sucked. The room we stayed at was incredibly dirty. We found multiple strands of hair on the pillow and bedding. The comforter cover had unknown gray stains. Walls have gray scuff marks all over and mold in the corners. There are random paint splattered all over the furniture and floor. Bathroom tub was cracked. It wobbles and creaks as you step in. The moment you turn on the AC, the room is immediately filled with a strong moldy scent, but it's too hot without the AC on. The staff did offer to change our room -- they took us to see two different rooms and the first room had pillow cases that smelled like wet clothes that wasn't dried properly (moldy) and the second room also had hair on the pillow case. We really tried to stay in this hotel since it was non-refundable but the condition was so poor we ended up leaving early.

The location was connected to a sex shop so it felt like a lover’s hotel. Not a clean hotel! The furniture in the room was scratched and torn up. There weren’t outlets in the bathroom. No hand soaps or towels in the bathroom.

You could improve things by having labels in English explaining what the difference breakfast dishes were, as we were unsure what things were.

The location of the hotel is excellent with convenience stores and restaurants. Sanchong MRT station is a short walk away and is a station for transfer to the airport and back. The hotel staff are excellent and accommodated my stay with professionalism and to a very high standard.

No shower curtain when you shower the splash of water go everywhere

The price is worth it, location good, breakfast it was okay the staff is nice. When we check in the room is clean.
