Cheap price, clean and good breakfast

Dirt under the bed was not cleaned for a long time. However, the staff cleaned it up after pointing it out. Cleaning is done on-request to front desk, and not everyday. Apart from this, no other point of criticism.

Location in New Taipei City, proximity to hawker shops, convenience stores, laundromats. It's a good 10-min walk to Sanchong MRT station/Airport Line. Decent sized room and bathroom, made my stay comfortable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - save yourselves from stress. 1. the smell of cigar smoke was all over the corridors and our room 2. very tight area for a bedroom 3. very poor and unsafe door locks 4. sex toy shop beside the hotel 5. we’ve witnessed police raided the room beside us, a lot of policemen in the hotel when we arrive.

only the staff at the hotel reception - very understanding and helpful with our booking cancellation. Me and my family only had 1 night as we had no choice, we all came late from the airport. But the morning after we check-out as we cant stay in such place.

The bed was dirty, it had long hair all over the bed ( I am supposing they didn’t even clean the room before i was checked in) , even found bed bugs under the bed cover. The white bed cover had red stain spots all over it.

We didn't like how the bathroom doesn't have a door. It only has a shower curtain. They should have told us beforehand. :( Also, the airconditioned is not that cool. It only stays for 25°. We reached out to them but they mentioned that is the usual cooling temp and we still sweat inside the room. :( Also, the place is not so near to the tourist spots, you have to spend a lot for the transpo (bus and train).

Staffs were very friendly. We really do like the bathtub in our room and the free breakfast during our stay.

The location was just what we wanted, a little outside the main shopping areas but still easy to get around. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Excellent service

The room was very very dirty, it looked like it was never cleaned, cockroaches crawling around, the walls and floor was spotted with mysterious spots. The wallpaper was falling off. There were old hairs everywhere.

The hallway outside our room was super nasty, with a lot of stains on the carpet. The walls of our room were very thin, you could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the rooms around us (we are not talking chatting, but toilet sounds, gagging, etc.). The stench in our room was very intense, luckily got better when we turned off the AC and opened the window. Generally cleanliness was acceptable, we did find a pile of hair (no, not just one!) on the carpet though. It was unfortunately also not as central as we thought, the main sights are at least a 15 Minute bus ride away. But it was cheap...

The beds were quite comfortable, room was spacious and there was hot water. Breakfast buffet was decent (not if you expect a continental breakfast). People were friendly and wifi worked relatively well.

Room = quadruplex is too tight for a family of 4. Bedsheet = seems recycled/not washed because there are traces of fluids. Cleaning staff = doesnt know how to properly do cleaning as there are still small garbages even after cleaning. They also don't know how to fix bed/sheets properly. Bed = until now, we are suffering from severe scratches because of bugs!

Location since its near bus stops and not that far from ximending.

Smelled a bit like smoke on the hallways

Everything was fine. Big room and clean. Some reviews are complaining about stains but thats just marks bc it’s an older Hotel. For this price very nice. Breakfast was yummy and location good.
