the stairs is not senior friendly, the staff open the door even its locked while we are sleeping. the facilities is kinda old, the free shampoo is not good.

Had a bad experience here. We arrived at the property around 3 am and since it's midnight, we messaged them before hand that we will arrive around that time. They assured us that it's not a problem and they will wait for us. Having this assurance, we were at ease and expected the room but arriving there, they told us that there's no room left and we have to wait until 9am. We were tired and had no where to go since almost all the hotels are fully booked. Will never book in this hotel again.

The instant water pot had “ something “ inside, not even clean up before. Once we pull out the water after we checking went into the room. Ha! there even had some thing left in the pot and black water, “it was black something “? Then, they transferred us to different location of theirs, they said is their better property, really? After we stay three or two nights. They were asking us to transfer to different room, I asked them to open it for me to see. I agree cause it was bigger room. In the same night they ask third party to remove others rooms wall paper , they are working in the night till 10 or 10:30 . The story was continuing, the next day when we were back to the “hotel”, it smells, in that facility there has 8 or 9 rooms, they opened four or five rooms door cause they were doing wall panting in the day. When we were back in the night, whole this 9 rooms one unit smalls wall painting odor. One more ridiculous things happen to us, after we transferred to that room, no hart water to shower, my husband stuck there after whole body wet, it wasn’t happen only first night, the second night repeat the no hart water shower agin after they told us that problem solved!!!!!!! ,

Having booked a room in advance, the manager deliberately changed the room to a small, ugly apartment that had not been cleaned after the old guest left, very upset without receiving a single apology. 2. The room is noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Talking can be heard in other rooms. Close to the center, poor noise protection. Bad facilities. 3. The host deliberately asked for more money from the guests. I had to pay an extra 1,000 yuan just to have a place to rest even though it was 9:00 p.m.

It took us a little longer to find the hotel coz it has no building name.and their reception wasn’t inside the building.it’s across the street.upon the arrival time our room wasn’t cleaned yet and we waited for 10-20mins and it ended up changing to different room.there’s no slippers and it’s not sound proof.
