Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeRoom decor is outdated and unkeep are keep very old. Standing shower is faulty and we have to hold the shower while bathing. There's only one lift serving the block where we are staying and it's a long wait during peak hour.
Location is very good with night market just few steps away. Room and onsen tub is huge.

CanadaThis is definitely an older hotel that could really benefit from some improvements. The carpet in our room was very stained and you could feel some soft spots under the carpet that I'm assuming are rotten.
This hotel is in a great location just a block or two from the public hot springs and a 15 minute walk or so from the train station. There are tons of excellent places to eat in the area. Bed was comfortable and the room was super big. The breakfast buffet was also full of options.

United KingdomThe breakfast buffet had many options but quality was only ok - better breakfasts were available from local cafes a 5 min walk away.
The room we stayed in was very large and the extra sitting area was comfortable. The views over the town and the mountain were excellent - including from the bathtub. The hot spring tub was large and very relaxing, it was awesome to have that in the room. Location was convenient with a short walk from the train station and many convenience stores nearby. Note that this room is in the older part of the hotel so breakfast and spa are in the other building (separate Booking listing).

The room is big, the bathroom with hot spring is spacious with big pool. Very nice hot spring bath for all of us. The room is spacious even for 4 person. Enough space to put all our luggage. The staff also provide us scents oil for air diffuser in the room.

NetherlandsOld hotel partially renovated. Not hygienic at all. At breakfast you need to wear a plastic glove. But for instance the button to call the elevator looks like it has never been cleaned. Hot tub looks like chalk took over the bathroom. Cabins as well. Feel like I wasted my money.
