Couldnt change the room temperature as it was through a centralised system. Air conditioner was on 19-22 throughout the stay and it was so cold at night I had to turn it off.

Other staff except the ones I mentioned above were not so friendly. The moment I checked in, I said hello and what he did was just pointed to the self-check-in kiosk/machine and said nothing. Again, the machine was somehow cool but the overall feeling was sad. We did not feel welcomed since we arrived till we left.

Great Location, Comfy bed, enough space for our suitcases and stuffs. The lady at the reception and the breakfast staff were really nice and helpful. They sent what you asked for by a robot which was cool but also a bit sad and dry in term of the core of hospitality.

No cleaning during the stay. only changed amenities and towels. Hair dryer was sooooooooo weak. Take 30mins but still couldn't dry my hair

Toilet with bidet will be better. Cleaning of the room didn't include making the beds.

Location nearby many sun cake shops. Yizhong shopping district can be reached via walking. Nearby there are few bus stops with buses to areas that we are interested in. Room is spacious and quite clean.

I’m not a fan of self check-in at hotels. Staff were mostly invisible, although when around, they were.helpful.

Modern, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Super quiet, I didn’t hear any noise from either the street or other guests. Short walk from the train station and many attractions. Tea/coffee bags and bottled water supplied. Buffet breakfast with many choices, mostly Asian dishes but also options for those preferring a continental breakfast. I really appreciated the fresh fruits and salads.

We couldn't check in earlier even if we could cause the check in time was 3 PM and it was automated. Unlike in Kaohsiung where we stay at Hotel M, we could check in slightly earlier. It's not a big issue but we were there at 2:30-ish PM so weren't really amused by it. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I like how spacious the room was. The hotel is quite central to many places especially to Miyahara and the Old Train Station. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel but limited number of buses if I remember correctly. It was a pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was massive, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good, in the center and not far from the main station.

No hooks in bathroom. No hot soy milk at breakfast which we enjoyed 12 months ago. No gym which we expect a 4 star hotel to have.

Good price after Taiwan public holiday. Location not too far from Taichung Train Station, but far enough not to see any of the homeless. Breakfast spread quite reasonable. Room size good (superior double). Good cleanliness.

The check-in process was done via a machine, it didn't quite work and took longer than it needed to. I get that it saves resources, but the place felt abandoned since no staff was standing in the lobby and it was mostly empty when I came back to the hotel.

Nice room, easy to find and convenient. The breakfast was decent, a buffet with a mix of eastern and western food.

I have nothing to complain about.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel room was very clean, big and cozy. Room cleaning was regular and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. There are several bus stations in the vicinity of the hotel. There are also several night markets within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I also recommend the hotel to foreign travelers, you can communicate in English without any problems.
