The location is a little bit far from the city center. The hotel is quite old, fairly clean. The breakfast has not so many choices and not too delicious.

The room is very spacious with a super big bathroom and a very big sofa. The bathtub can be used for two people and one kid with massage function. The location is near some tourist attractions such as Shilin night market, Beitou Hot Spring, National Palace Museum, Children Amusement Park, Astronomy Museum, National Science Education Center,... There is a 24-hour Mc Donald's right next to the hotel.

This is our second place to stay while on holiday, because this accommodation is very comfortable, the service is very friendly, the rooms are large, clean, the facilities are also complete, close to the MRT, close to markets and minimarkets, I recommend this accommodation when you vacation in Taipei

We checked in late (around 10pm) and our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait 10/15 minutes to receive our room key. As travellers without a car, we found the entrance a little hard to find.

Room and facilities available were great. The place is perfect for short term stays and the spa is nice to relax after a long day.

There is no way to lock your room. You have to ask the front desk to close the garage for your room but there’s still another access from the back to get to your room.

There was water leaking by the bathtub.. even when I wasn't using it.

The Hotel staff were really nice and kind. Helped me with my luggage, advised me about the location of some places I wanted to go..and at the end of my stay, a lovely lady(staff) drove me to the subway. The hotel breakfast was great too.

Shower room smelt bad. It is separated from the huge bath tab, so it is not a big problem, but it would be better if they clean a shower room well. I wished there was a window in the room. (There was a window in a toilet, but can't open the screen, since someone might be able to see inside.)

Bath was excellent and we enjoyed breakfast.

The room was so big it took me off guard! We enjoyed a nice shower and a bath in the great jacuzzi spa bath inside of our room. We had complimentary noodles and snacks inside of the room, as well as many different commodities (toiletries and such). The staff was nice and helped us book for a taxi too, which was really helpful!

WiFi is horrible (not stable and super slow). If you need to do any work over the internet this is NOT the place for you. McDonald's is close by, but to use their WiFi you need a Taiwan phone number.

The room was HUGE! Bed on platform, Glass looking dance floor, two-person jacuzzi tub, remote controlled lighting, all and more bathroom amenities (changed out daily), snacks, ramen, water, sodas, and a Taiwanese breakfast every morning! About a 10 minute walk to the metro, tons of restaurants and even a grocery store close by. GREAT Beitou/Taipei bargain! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. The Aircon is central system with I cannot control and at night it is very warm as the temperature did not fall under 26 degree Celsius.

The bath tub with jacuzzi is perfect for me and my wife.

It was a bit dirty tbh I had a bit of cringe to shower and once I did I figured the strainer was clogged And is not like I didn't like it but hahaha expect over the top decorations like honestly I was super surprised

it was not friendly for people who didn’t have vehicle. the room was not as clean as we expected. it also smelled like smoke in the nonsmoking room.
