Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Our stay at Yum Pu Cha Jan was absolutely perfect! The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away, as well as a small supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Everything was so convenient! The staff was very friendly!

IcelandThe rooms were spacious with beautiful views. The corridor lights could not be turned off at night and made it more difficult to sleep. We also found the room a bit noisy (we could hear the other guests speaking in their rooms at night) and not perfectly clean.
The view over the tea fields was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very helpful in accomodating late check in etc. We loved the reception and restauration area.

Really nice accommodation in a calm and beautiful village. It is next to a 7/24 convenience store and close to the public bus stop. The spectacular Eryanping & Tea Mist trails within a walking distance. The staff is friendly, but only the young man speaks English.

ThailandRoom was not clean as well as the kettle. The kettle is very old and still had left over water and tea inside. We were asking for the new one or to clean it but the staff seem not to understand our request. No tea cup in the room only glasses which is too hot to hold with hot water.
Location close to bus stop. The tea shop at the reception area is nice for sit there on your relaxing day. The room look like new refurbished but the furniture are old and not clean.

The view is supposed to be great just from the windows on a good weathered day. Unfortunately I can only imagine that coz it was really foggy on the day of my stay but I wouldn't blame it on the accommodation. Just my luck. The staff is very friendly and offered me a drink at the main dining hall even after their closing hour. Though there's no air conditioning,the room is still cosy with a nice bed. A fan is available if needed. The location is just next to an 24 hours convenience store and near the public bus stop. The famous walking trail is also just nearby within walking distance.

AustraliaBeds and pillows are not particularly comfortable, repeated noise from other people in the hallways after 10pm. Both didn’t allow for the best sleeps overall. 3 nights maximum was ok but not a place for any longer.
Good location for day hikes and exploring Alishan. Communal large urn for hot water / cold water to drink, make tea or coffee / noodles is quite useful. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

SingaporeWe had a wonderful stay. The view of the sunrise from our room was magnificent. The boss was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We also had a great time tea tasting at the boss' tea shop, which was just across the road. We would love to come back if there is a chance!
