Beautiful location right on the lake and cycle path. Great breakfast and view. Lovely staff that were very helpful. We sent a message asking for bike parking and it wasn't a problem. Bathroom is tired but it's fine.

A unique property on the lake shore. The owners are wonderful, helpful people. Try to get a room below the lobby with a balcony on the lake. Truly marvelous.

A lovely lake level balcony room at this friendly, family run hotel was the highlight of our time in Sun Moon Lake. Just sitting out there and listening g to the gentle so sho g of the waves and watching life unfold on the lake is the best activity for this special area.

The breakfast could be better especially for a weterner

Great location, just 10-15 minutes from the village, with lake view form the window. It is family run and all the people are very kind and welcoming. If you are arriving in the village you have to take into account to walk along the lake for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the next pier where the hotel is located. Anyway, unelss you have a super heavy luggage it is no big deal and you are rewarded with quiet and a great lake view

The room was a little small but adequate.

The location was a 10 minute walk from town and very quiet. We were on the ground floor and had a door to the garden area overlooking the lake. The bed was so comfy. Good selection for breakfast with stunning view of the lake. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. If you don’t mind being away from the main part of town this is perfect.

Wonderfully warm, friendly and helpful staff in a small family owned hotel. Great location, literally at the lake shore with spectacular lake and mountain views.15 minute walk out of the over touristy central. Includes breakfast making the stay a great value.

The location is a tiny bit far from the main Shuishe hub. It’s really just a 10-15 minute walk but with luggage under sunshine it can feel a bit tiresome.

Room was quiet and had a great view of the lake where you could watch the sunrise from your room. The staff were so lovely and the included breakfast was quite yummy.

We really like the location and the cute little room. The scenery we could see from our room is just stunning and peaceful. We never got tired staring at the lake and the mountains from our room. Another wonderful thing is the parking! It could be a hassle to find a parking at Sun Moon Lake, but they provide free parking from 3 p.m. to 12 p.m.(the next day).

If you are a light sleeper, I recommend taking an eye mask. The pillow is quite fat (a man pillow), so take your own pillow if you are fussy.

Beautiful location - room had balcony to the lake. Short walk to town. Easy access to the board walk around the lake. Good breakfast - Chinese, tea, coffee, lots of vegetarian options. Friendly staff

The hotel is about a 10min from the main information centre / ticket office (next to the big 7/11). We had downstairs lakeview rooms which were great, as the back (front?) door opens up onto a little grassed patio area - perfect for sitting quietly and enjoying the lake. Our rooms were clean, and the WiFi was fast. Breakfast was included (the milk tea was especially good) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended, if you want to stay by a quieter part of the lake.

A bit far from tourist area, 10 - 15 minutes walk from ShuiShe center (where you get off the bus) It’s Chinese oriented, the hotel sign and location in Google map is in Chinese.

We can see the Sun Moon Lake from our window, it made us very happy. Open view rooftop was really awesome, I love watching SML at night from there.

The views! Best location near Chaowu Pier. Beautiful sunrise/sunset everyday. Away from the crowds & madness of the main hub of Shuishe Pier, yet just alovely 10 min walk along the lake.
