It was very clean, we liked the hot shower and the beautiful garden where you can watch the birds. The location was safe and quiet and easily reachable from the airport, a short walk to airgate supermarket.

It is the perfect place, if you are looking for a quiet, centered and safe environment. Close to the airport. You can easily walk down to the shore of Victoria Lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady of the house creates her own tea. You have to give it a try.

It was our second time there and we still love it. Perfect stay in Entebbe, close to good restaurants. Olivia and her staff continued to be very generous, kind and supportive. We selected family room this time and we liked it even more.

We had a great stay at Olivias place. It was our first time in Uganda and we felt a heart-warming welcome by Olivia. The house is very beautiful, with a nice garden and located close to the airport. The rooms are very clean and neat. Olivia and her staff were super friendly, kind and supportive. Highly recommended and we'd be happy to come back again.

We loved our stay at Aivilo! Olivia is a very caring host and we felt most welcome at her house. The breakfast on her patio surrounded by her garden was just perfect and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the airport (Olivia also offers airport transfer) and we felt very safe in the neighborhood, even when we were out at nighttime. Olivia also gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner just around the corner.

Aivilo home is one of nicest place. It has lovely garden views and lots of fruit trees. Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Our host oliviah was very welcoming, helpful and supportive. Her breakfast was very delicious and rolex which we had for dinner. It felt like home away from home. I will definitely visit Aivilo home in future. I would like to thank oliviah and staff for looking after us. She arranged pick up from airport and also arranged taxi for us to visit places in entebbe. It was best stay in entebbe.

Location is little off the beat but in case you like serenity and calmness that should be fine. They don't serve beer and cook freshly on a pre order. Make sure you bring with you an international multi plug to recharge your devices.

Room was spacious and had a balcony. Tea kettle is available on request. They had good storage space for the luggage.

Olivia has been able with her genuine caring and kindness to take hospitality to another level. after 30 years of traveling and experiencing hundreds of hotels (including 7 stars in Dubai). This small guest house was able to express in genuine actions the real meaning of home away from home. with everything thing having a personal touch: clean, safe, beautiful, excellent breakfast… and once I am late to come back in the evening, I found her there waiting for me to assure her guest well-being. thank you Olivia

We were accommodated for only one night, and not the whole one, because we were flying out early in the morning at 4:00 a.m. Even so, we had a wonderful stay, the owner Olivia is wonderful. The last day of our 7-days safari got complicated, because the bridge through which we were supposed to get to the airport in Entebbe was damaged by a strong stream of water and was closed. We arrived in Aivila tired and hungry. They prepared an amazing dinner for us, despite the fact that we only booked accommodation with breakfast. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the staff nice. Many thanks! It was our shortest stay so far, but we will definitely never forget it.
