We booked a queen bed deluxe room. Everything is fine but the room was very small and the washroom was not comfortable. Good location with average breakfast. value for money 🙂

The boda drivers sometimes didn’t know the place so I usually just took the boda to the Acasia mall and walk from there - max 5 min uphill. I didn’t mind the walk, just for you to keep in mind :)

I really enjoyed my stay here, very nice garden, bathroom and common areas were cleaned regularly. Great breakfast! The staff (with one exception) was super nice and helpful! We had some issues with the rain after a strong storm but John was very quick to find a solution for us. There is a good Indian restaurant, a cafe, mall and supermarket within walking distance.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet location and not far from a shopping mall (if needed). Generous area to socialize and meet other travelers. Bed ok and with mosquito net.

Breakfast is amazing, the garden is nice, you have access to a kitchen. Wifi is really poor in the main house (on and off) There are 2 houses, they put me in the one down. Not far but you have to get the 2 gates open, cross the road, go uphill. Feels a bit put aside. There are constructions around and people talking early in the morning by your window. The mattress in my small room was terrible. The luxury word is clearly misleading

First, I rate this place 9/10. If you are black ,expect racism from fellow guests and staff sometimes. (I know, crazy) Don't forget that no towel in the dorm room (unless you ask very nicely, i did , and they provided) Women beware of sex tourists (this is not the property's fault at all ) Shower pressure leaves something to be desired( better than other cities in uganda, and a hot shower is available always).

The outside space is fabulous, and the shared amenities are good. Amazing breakfast, the ladies in the kitchen are super lovely. Spectacular sunrise/Sunset View. Close to the mall and lots of places that you'll need. Great location. You'll meet lots of travellers. Staff can be helpful when you're planning your itinerary. Easy to extend your stay while you are there(you definitely will extend)

One of the receptionists/property owners is super friendly and helpful! An ATM machine ate my debit card, and he exchanged a bit of shillings for credit card. The breakfast is tasty and largely portioned.

Our room was behind the kitchen. So we heard the workers from 6am in the morning. And if we wanted to go somewhere we always had to pass through the kitchen.

The house itself was really nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, the atmosphere was really lovely. There was free drinking water, which was very nice. A green garden to rest.

- Bathrooms. If 2 people are showering there is no alternative for others wanting to clean teeth, go to toilet etc. Also one shower barely worked and the other didn't at all.

The water pressure is very low, and can get too hot because of this.

The breakfast was amazing. The softest and juciest Rolex, came with fruits and coffee. The staff were so friendly and they allowed me to check in at 8am when I landed.

Very helpful staff, great communication before arrival. Super attentive and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and taken care of. Room was pretty and big and I had a nice balcony View from main villa is gorgeous: offering a Breakfast with a view ! It’s def a good spot if you’re a solo traveler, with backpack on a budget ! Close to a mall and near nice neighborhoods 🙏 of clubs and cool spots if you enjoy nightlife.

The room was very compact and a bit dark compared to the image pictures on the website. Although they promote the view is good, there was new building constructed interrupting the viewing. These were not meeting to my expectations. (So, fix the contents of promotion and correct guest's expectation)

Breakfast was cooked & served soon after the staff realised me appeared to the common space in the morning. It wasn't like a bread and egg, it was well flavoured Irish potatoes and omelette & some cut fruits which was beyond my expectations!
