Florence and her team were great. All were friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable. Food was fabulous and rooms, pool areas etc all exceptionally clean.

The erratic water pressure and some construction noise during the day from afar

The place is very clean and organized. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The comfort of the room was good, with only water pressure having a mind of its own. Overall a very pleasant stay

It is very far from restaurants or shops. When I arrived, I was offered an upgrade to a better room. Luckily I have read a previous post, so I asked about the price and it would have cost 40$ / night. I managed to get it for 24$ / night, the difference which was as in booking.com. And it was worth the difference, because the normal double room is not worth the money

We had issues getting hot water in the shower but the staff did want they could to sort it last at night.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. Don’t be scared by the state of the driveway, the property is beautiful!

Probably my fault, I should have asked better when the manager proposed a room upgrade and didnt specify the cost, but for sure finding out at checkout time that the room upgrade was +55 dollars really disappointed me. Absolutely not worth the difference.

The area it is in is a residential area with not much to do. So this is a place to go for a rest, not for activity.

Access road is typically an unmade road, but then what else is new.

Everything any member of staff did was superb. We were made to feel special and cared for, for our entire visit. The pool is clean at all times and the girls ensure the rooms are cleaned and turned down at times to suit the guests. Florence leads her team brilliantly and nothing is ever too much trouble. There are no set times for food, again it is tailored around the guests. When eating in the evenings the security boys lit a chimera whilst sat on the veranda, without us having to ask, there are so many little things like this that makes staying here so enjoyable. Also being out of Kampala the air is fresher and the heat far less oppressive, in my opinion a very worthwhile trade-off to being in Kampala city centre and it doesn't take long to get on the Expressway if you need to. I've been visiting Uganda for 10 years now and have stayed all over the country, in my opinion this is far and away the best, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Breakfast was superb- lots of choice and fresh fruit and yoghurt serves alongside it. I arrived late and night and not feeling very well and the staff were so accommodating and very kind. They looked after me well and I'm really grateful for that. The hotel is in a quiet location but easy to get to from Kampala and the airport. Pool is also great.

Location is a bit out of the way and seemed hard for the boda and taxi drivers to find, but it's also very nice to be out of the way - very peaceful and beautiful views!

Breakfast was outstanding! Always a plate of fruit and fruit juice along with your choice of several options.

I didn't realize the distance from the center of Kampala and was surprised by the lengthy traffic jams and high transport prices.

The room and hotel were a total vibe and spotless as well. The English breakfast I had was very tasty and of decent portion size. The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for getting around Kampala as well as attentive.
