Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe breakfast was ok but nothing special. The balcony needed some lighting, we asked for these but like some things, our requests did not come to fruition - so we ended up finding some elsewhere in/around the hotel and "borrowing" them for our stay!
Bequia is a beautiful island. The hotel is located on a lovely beaches with further lovely beaches (Princess Margaret and Lower Bay) short pleasant walks away. It is also located close to multiple restaurants and bars, which are close enough to walk but not too close to be noisy at the hotel. The staff were mainly very helpful and cheerful. The ocean view room was lovely (we were in the main hotel building), with a small balcony. We didn't eat at the hotel other than breakfast (included in our rate) and some small snacks - which were good. The pina colada cocktails were excellent in the bar. We ate at some more local style restaurants, which were excellent. The local dogs were wandering around the whole time and were very friendly and never a problem. The Grackles (shiny black birds) are quite noisy but not in a bad way and can sometimes try to take food while at breakfast - but not a problem.

The hotel has a beautiful setting in a great location. The reception team were all very helpful, knowledgeable and charming. The food from the restaurant is good. The Hotel has a chilled vibe. Room was good with comfortable bed and small fridge.

GreeceThe breakfast options were very limited and the quality of the few options was not good. The restaurant staff were not particularly nice or helpful. Front desk was a bit hit or miss.
The location is great, in the middle of the boardwalk and at walking distance to Princess Margaret beach and the town. The property is well looked after and the rooms are spacious and clean.

United KingdomWhen asking for pizza late in the evening staff had turned off the oven and told us they closed at 21:30. However we had been informed 22:00 was closing time. Some staff forgot that we were the customer. Only 1 umbrella around the pool. The condition of the sun beds is very poor

RomaniaThe toilet wasn't properly cleaned, and this says a lot about how the cleanliness is done. On checkout, they asked us to pay an extra government tax, which I wasn't aware of, because it did not appear on my reservation. The girl from the reception said that booking.com doesn't know about it, which was exactly THE PROBLEM. The property should notify booking.com there are some extra taxes not included in the price, so easy... The dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant.
The hotel is very nice and I really liked their swimming pool from the garden surrounded by coconut trees

This trip was a birthday treat for my husband and I as we celebrated one day apart. The entire Front Desk team were warm and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills. Thanks for all you do! Breakfast offerings were great, the restaurant staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had impeccable service. Thanks to the housekeeping team for the lovely decor on the bed, we were thrilled, the Spa team for treating us as Royalties. The room upgrade to your honeymoon suite was the icing on our birthday cake! Thanks for making our birthday trip memorable. This is truly a magical place to go and unwind. We missed the ambiance as soon as we left. We will definitely return!
