I could not get the wifi on my laptop because I needed to take a picture of it. When I complain there was no follow up to find if I got it. I did not see the sea view as was advise in my package.

No complaints at all. I was happy with everything. I was allocated a room at the front , Room 306, which faced on to the main road. This was a very nice room, spacious with good views but noisy. I requested a room change which they fulfilled without delay. The room I was allocated at the back was quiet.

Breakfast not included. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, tidy and modern.

There was unfortunately no hot water

Loved the easy check-in and how friendly and helpful the staff is. The room and bathroom are so well equipped and clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The tv in the room wasn’t set up properly so we didn’t get to use it and the microwave had to be taken out of the shelf and placed in another location to utilize a nearby outlet.

Even though it is a longer walking distance from the heart of Road Town, it is exceptionally great if you have a rental car - there is plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel. Room was huge, clean, seemed almost completely new. And towels vere very soft.

No hot water, no one at hotel to contact about the lack of hot water. No staff located at hotel except during check in. Unable to reach staff by calling front desk or any other extension. Front desk never did return call the next day when they were doing check in.

This is not a hotel and there are no food or beverage facilities at all on site. The nearby facilities for shopping that I could find were basic. The TV didn’t seem to offer TV channels, only streaming services. The reception is not manned 24hrs.

I just needed a clean comfortable bed and WiFi, plus a decent shower / toilet facility. In this sense this place ticks the boxes . I like walking for exercise and to get to see and know places better, so I didn’t mind walking into the town center each day. It took me no more than 15 minutes slow walking. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Not the greatest neighborhood, and definitely not safe walkable to get to restaurants or anything else. Just a nice place to stay before or after the flight.

This hotel is brand, new, and everything is just top-notch. Very large and light filled room, fixtures, and interior, lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. Nice coffee maker, and refrigerator for snacks. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pubic hairs from multiple people in the bathroom. Many hairs in the bedroom

I've been traveling for 50 years and this is by far the worst. Let's start with multiple pubic hairs in the bathroom. Many pubic and long brown hairs in the bedroom. Curtains that don't cover the windows including the one as your sitting on the toilet so many neighbors can see you. I really am afraid of what's inside the bed. There is no view. Heavy traffic noise and roosters constantly. No breakfast too! At $200 this is nuts! My worst travel mistake ever!
