“Excellent Location near airport. I was returning from Ha Long Bay and had to stay for the day while we waited for our flight in the evening from Hai Phong. They have a small area in the front of the hotel where my kids spent some time on the swing while we sat and enjoyed our coffee they served. Staffs are so friendly - I ordered 2 coffee and 1 shake (my younger kid didn't want), but they gave a complementary shake for the younger kid as well..!! They also came and gave us a reminder when it was time to leave for the airport, so nice..!! They gave us a complimentary ride to Airport (which was hardly 10 mis away).”
