Very small locker space, and not many places to keep a big bag other than in front of the stairs to my bed - bit of a health hazard with everyone’s bags/ things everywhere.

Super central location. Spacious room, with privacy curtains on each bed. Ultra comfortable bed. Shampoo and shower gel available in every shower. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Not clean enough Curtain that covers nothing The room was hot because the aircon not strong enough and it was leaking water in the room. They did not fix it Too much sun light in the room so you can not sleep in the morning The manager is so weird and aggressive that i saw him twice arguing or physically fighting with customers in front of everyone Do not share tips or activities to do in the city

The shower and toilet were in the upper floor and sometimes also some boys were in the way. However, I should say that the showers and toilets were clean all the time. (Of course the toilets and showers were only for ladies)

I like the kind and supportive attention of the people taking care of the place and also the location was great near to a huge park.

I booked for three nights. After the first night I did check out , that means I did an early check out, and at the reception they did not even ask me why ????? How come? Cause they knew why. It was impossible to fall a sleep. The sleeping room was next to the reception n the ground floor and the reception was an open space richer next to the Main Street where all day and all night with a lot of traffic, we could here every single car driving by and every single person talking on the street . Than the curtain at my bed fell down every time I just touched it cause it was broken . So basically had stay in an 8 bedroom without curtain. Unacceptable!!!! This hostel is a nightmare

The room was an absolute breakdown for me. The difference between the listed room on Booking and the real deal was abismal. It has NO WINDOW and it was a damp(humid) room with a " cell prison" vibe. In my opinion for dealing with this type of situation when the property is BLATANT LYING the rating system must include also some sort of red flags. In a normal country you cannot house people in a totally closed room - it is prohibited by law due to the lack of ventilation. In the present case, in order to further reduce condensation and mold, they used a condenser from which the deposited water was periodically evacuated.

I asked them to change my bed I had to sleep 2 nights with the bed bugs and on last night of my stay when I fought then they gave me bed.

It all started off fine, until a girl came into the room at 5am and stole everyone’s passports, credit cards, phones and laptops in the female dorm! After realising what had happened, myself and the other girls in the dorm reported it to reception, never have I ever seen such a rude reaction from staff! They REFUSED to call the police and also refused to check any cameras that they had! After realising that said girl still had the key to the room we all realised that we were still unsafe. After a while of asking the staff for help, they simply Refused to even talk to us! They laughed, rolled their eyes, spoke about us in Vietnamese to their colleagues. After complaining a significant amount I finally got given a new room (downgraded), the other girls in my dorm simply packed their stuff up and left to stay else where. Within 15 minutes they had filled the room up with new people. DO NOT STAY HERE.

No towels, dirty room with bed bugs, very dirty refrigerator, dirty bed frame, very noise room close to the street. If you spent 25 usd per night, you can better book somewhere else. What a nightmare.

Booked a private room. The worst experience in Vietnam. The guy with glasses in the evening when I checked in at the reception was not friendly at all, and more busy watching tik tok than helping customers. He didn’t speak English at all, and also didnt try to communicate. The room was dirty so I asked if it was cleaned, the reception didnt care. They should fire this guy, unbelievable.

I chose a more expensive room for the view. But it's close to the road and very noisy. The view is blocked with trees. I asked them to downgrade the room which is cheaper but quieter, but without any view. You can find better options around the district.
