How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The windows were not soundproof, so we could hear all the sound from the outside. It was as if the windows were open. The bed mattress also very hard. The hotel was as in the photos, but there were from when the hotel was new. It is now showing the signs of time and needs some renovation.
The hotel is in an excellent location and has all the necessary commodities.

The location is excellent as everything around you. Loved the rooftop pool & the complimentary afternoon tea was a treat. Beds super comfy bath superb. Staff very professional. breakfast was great very extensive & covered english & Asian tastes

Pool was closed for maintenance for the 2 nights we were there and street house can be quite loud from your room

So weird to have a coffeemachine with only coffee with sugar. No non sugar option out of 5 different coffee types🥴

The reception & public areas are ok, buffet breakfast average, my room has issues with shower temperature not regulating and overflowing, also gap in the window letting in noise at night.
Location is great, walking distance to most District 1 attractions and very good restaurants.

Coffee machine in the restaurant was ok, but would have loved to just had a pot of black coffee (filtered) each morning
Location of this hotel is great, just up the road from Ben Thanh markets and the Ben Nighe Street food. Easy walking distance to both. Pool was great, we had to ourselves everytime we were up there but there is seating/lounging areas for a few people. Staff lovely and welcoming. Afternoon tea each day was good, small variety but enough for a little snack. Very clean and tidy, room not super big but big enough. Breakfast was good, variety of foods.

Nice, smallish hotel very close to museum and liberation. A spa and also good breakfast. Let us shower late after check out as we had an evening flight

hi tea was a let down . room was small compared to the pictures in website. they have so many category in suites itself but actual will be like much smaller breakfast so so only. decided to have breakfast outside al though paid for breakfast inclusive rooms.
location easy assess to many shop and banh than market. many good restaurant nearby and walking distance to many attractions

Just that the id design of room looks bit confusing, looks like mixture English style and modern?
Hotel receptionist willing to accept my booking despite it was 5am in morning as i need room to attend online meeting but need to wait til 6am. I can still remember the nice smell by the time i open the entrance door and the lobby was alwasy smells so nice. The chef was so nice to explain the food to cater my dietary as Muslim.

Please check the position of the handheld shower rose as it 's position makes it difficult to enter shower if you are a large person.
Yes, this was a most enjoyable yet short stay at this lovely property. Location is excellent and within an easy walk to good restaurants, bars Ben Thanh Markets and many other attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, good bathroom (loved the rain shower) nice pool area (small) Really enjoyed the breakfast restaurant serving an excellent selection of Asian and Western food options and great coffee. We will definitely be returning.
