I was very happy with everything. One minor thing is that the dining/cooking/communal area is small. But this is not a major problem.

Hostel has everything you need, such as cooking facilities and enough toilets and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. It is very good for the price, and the staff are nice and helpful. The area around is nice with some cafes and shops. You can book some tours with the hostel for good prices.

Comfortable pod like beds in the dorm room with a key card for cupboard to lock valuables away, clean and safe - close to the new metro station, public bus station and the buses to Cambodia or onward - 5 mins away from Walking street nightlife - There is a little kitchen to cook, free water etc

Great sleeping quarters with keycard lockers. Nice and cool in the rooms. I wanted to extended two extra nights, and they were able to do it no problem at all. Super easy process. Would definitely stay here again next time in HCMC

We were on the top floor so it was a bit of a pain if you needed the toilet in the night as there is one block on the ground floor. But I’m sure you can request to stay on a lower floor if this is a problem

Bathroom facilities and the bedrooms were well maintained brand new and clean. The beds are pods so they feel private. The lockers are huge I could fit everything I had in them and it was really easy to access with the key fob. We also got free coffee in the mornings

Minor details: Amango has more than one hostel with the same name, so they moved me from one location to another, it was close, but when I arrived they had no bed ready for me. I had to wait a little. It seems that there is only one place downstairs with 4 bathrooms and 4 showers. Maybe not enough with all the guests.

Brand new. Very comfy bed. With a curtain. Very proud vate space. Excellent location. Great shower. They offer you a towel, with hostel name and a toothbrush and a razor 🪒 in a very cute black bag. Staff friendly and helpful

I didn't buy the simcard at airport, which make it really hard to navigate the hostel location because its in alley. Keep roaming around the same area for an hour.

The staffs speak good English, easier for us to communicate. They let us leave our luggage at reception and allow us to use toilet facilities after check out next day while catching our bus at night.

Soap dispenser from the wall was missing in one bathroom with toilet. I think best to just leave a bottled liquid soap or even a bar of soap is better than nothing.

Location is very handy for all the major tourist attractions in district 1 since it is mostly walkable. In fact I was even able to walk to my hostel after my Giant Ibis coach from Phnom Penh terminated next to the nearby park. The hostel provides hotel quality towels & quilt, shampoo & bodywash in the dispenser in the bathroom, plus there’s a hairdryer too. There’s fresh coffee made in the morning if you’re interested that is available in the communal area and you can make use of kitchen esp microwave and maybe make packet ramen. Staff are accommodating and can cope with English, since I didn’t have a local sims, they offered to get me a grab car to the airport using their grab account. They can sell you physical SIM card here too but no eSIM, you can still walk to Viettel store to get eSIM. They def take CC. The place is nice and modern, pretty bathroom.

female dorm was all the way on the 6th floor, and i carried 2 big backpacks so it was tiring. also, the shower head's water pressure was slightly weak and the soap dispenser could only dispense a little at a time.

initially i booked a mixed dorm but realised they had a female dorm, so i requested to change and they kindly moved me to the other apartment where the female dorm is. the bed is comfortable & aircon in room was nice. shower room is quite clean too.

Only one socket works on the kitchen, so you have to switch between kettle, microwave and electric stove. Coffee heater doesn’t work. So coffee is cold. If you want you can heat it in a microwave.

Good value for money. Great location, comfortable beds, AC works perfect, free drinking water, free coffee (milk, condensed milk) in the morning, shared kitchen.

Dorm is very small for the amount of beds, but the pod style makes this manageable. A/C worked fairly well but could have been better
