Lovely hotel in a central location. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms were quite compact but had everything you needed & extremely clean. Breakfast 5 star, lots of choice 👌. Pool area was lovely for a chill. We used the spa & again excellent service & prices very reasonable for a hotel spa. Only negative was not much choice for vegan & bar prices are high.

Where do I start with this absolute gem? Amazing experience from arrival to departure. Staff are constantly on point with assistance and politeness. Big shout out to Tracey who was waving us off out the front each time we left for an excursion! Roof top pool is stunning, room was fabulous and amazing breakfast with a view! Location is 10/10. Not to mention all of this for a bargain price. Should you stay here….its a big yes from me. I hope to get to stay again one day

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

Location was walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the Old Quarter. Breakfast buffet was robust, including an omelette station. Most of all, staff was super friendly and helpful—even assisted me in obtaining an emergency Visa! Also had a great massage at the Spa. Thank you, Classyc!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic experience. Bean and Tracy at reception were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate—book it now! You won’t regret it.

Everything was perfect and exceed my high expectations of this hotel

Staying at this hotel has exceeded my high expectations when looking for a place in Hanoi. Hotel is located in the middle of old quarter and everything is within a 5-10 walking distance. Every staff members was very helpful in everything. They gave us recommendations on what to look for, finding places to eat, and the checking in and checking out process. The accommodations and amenities that came with the property was definitely worth it, especially the free breakfast. The Cleanliness within the room and hotel itself was perfect. Staff members were very quick in any assistance we needed during our stay. Definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Hanoi. I was on vacation for 2 weeks and was hesitant on choosing a place but staying at CLASSYC hotel made me want to come back to Hanoi very soon.

The hotel is in a very busy area, more busy than other hotels we visited. Perhaps it was also more busy because we stayed on the night where that part of town is car-free and a lot of people are out.

Very modern and new property with nice rooms, even the ones without an external facing window. Staff was wonderful and very friendly! We just stayed for one night on our trip from Ha Long Bay to Sa Pa.
