Amazing place, friendly helpful staff, perfect location, clean beach. We loved being here and I would say it is the best resort you can get on the island value-for-money-wise. We stayed in two kinds of rooms - sea view and garden view - and both were great. The only thing that could be better was breakfast - it is rather asian-customers oriented: not so many healthy options, everything sweetened, noodles and soups, not so much fresh stuff or ham/cheese variety. However, we liked the choice of fruits and just brought our own yoghurt and oats.

Thought the bathroom needed a thorough clean. Also some holes needed filling where they had made modifications.

Loved the gardens and the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bungalow’s were a good size and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. For a 3* hotel absolutely great and we travelled all over it. One of the best locations on the island. Very suitable for families with small children and for those looking for peace and quiet on a smaller beach.In walking distance a lot of restaurants and shops.

The bar and restaurant close promptly at 8pm so it’s deadly quiet after that time though the bar manager is very friendly and works incredibly hard it would have been nice to have a more leisurely dinner / a few drinks after that time. The lights along the beach are turned off shortly after 9pm. Everything is just a little tired. The cleaning staff do not take away glasses or wash the tea and coffee cups. Breakfast was repetitive, the staff unfriendly, no greeting and rather surly.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, air con was powerful, shower pressure good. The little beach area out front is really lovely, clean, great for swimming, sandy and calm and there were lots of sun loungers. The garden is stunning. There is a lovely little restaurant The Tree House about 3 minutes walk away and a few other restaurants/ bars and shops.

My only complaint is that directly outside my room was sa bright light the shades did nothing to mitigate. Every night the room was lit up be cause of this light, directly outside the window of the executive suite. Not that big of a problem, but the shades were a very thin plastic. You would expect the executive suite to have some blackout curtains or something.

Beautiful room, only one with a window to the ocean. The hand carved wooden ceiling, walls, furniture, ceiling fan... All beautiful! Great beach access, friendly staff, really an amazing location.

The rooms vary some are pretty dark and could use renovation in the older bathrooms.

What I had to leave !😭

I can say I highly recommend this resort! My 4 night stay totally met my expectations and more! My room was excellent, bed was great, the resort gardens were like a southern Babylon, the beach in front is like a pool! And if you need anything else, just a few steps outside the resort you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The staff excellent!🙌I can't wait to go back there on my next vacation! 😎

The breakfast buffet food was often cold (sausages, bacon, rice, dumplings, etc) unless you were getting fresh made pho or eggs.

Bedrooms a little dated. Large comfortable bed, but the sheets weren't big enough to tuck under the mattress edge.

Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and accommodating staff. Always fine for getting a sun lounger on the beach. Good air-conditioning in rooms and strong WiFi.

Note, the beach is not wide so there’s not much room to play for little children, no swimming pool, but the sea is shallow enough to be safe for children to play, while at the same time deep enough to swim. Our room was next to the neighboring resort, you could hear their restaurant’s music

Wonderful small resort, beautiful wooden furniture in the room with a nice terrace overlooking a stunning tropical garden. We had a triple room in the first floor, exactly as expected. Delicious smoothies, fresh juice, cocktails, decent food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to variety of restaurants. Small coral reef in the vicinity where you can snorkel. We’d definitely recommend

Maybe the breakfast could be more diversified, but it is good anyway.

A place where you really feel like home…clean, wonderful garden, nice beach with most amazing sunsets, good restaurant and bar, large rooms, wonderful bathroom, perfect location, also very private. Lots of restaurants nereby, and also good massage businesses and all kind of nice shops. The island is wonderful.

Can't think of anything. Local supermarket about a 10 minute walk away, but not really a problem.

Our spacious and beautiful room was reached by a small outside staircase that led down directly to the beach and the sunbeds provided by the hotel. There was a wide selection of breakfast food and eggs were cooked to order.

The soundproofing between rooms is awful, we could hear everything in the next room if they were making any sort of noise. There is also no spa on site despite the name of the resort and one of the listed facilities on booking.com being spa and wellness centre, which was a disappointment.

Excellent location with a sandy strip of beach that is perfect for swimming. Walking distance to small shops, spas and restaurants. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can say that would be an improvement is we thought there would be a spa on site as it's in the name but they arranged pickup and drop off for us to go to a local spa which was lovely but didn't feel as luxury as the hotel itself. Other than that we loved our stay

Everything! Super friendly staff, who could not do enough for us, helped us arrange a tour, hire a bike, go to the spa and adjusted our booking for us last minute. Incredibly comfortable bed with large bathroom which were both very clean and were refreshed every day. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range of options which varies each day. Altho situated out of the main town the location was incredible and so peaceful with it's own strip only private beach location on the beach. Couldn't ask for any more

Everything, the garden was exquisite, the facilities great, the breakfast was delicious , the room we had STUNNING ( room 24), but best of all were the staff kindness, thank you so much for looking g after us so well. Huge thanks to Yin, and to Han at the cocktail bar( I cannot spell your names .sorry! ). And to Ahn at reception, you are all lovely people. ❤️

They kindly have us an upgrade..Staff very friendly. Room very clean, towels changed everyday. Breakfast with fruits, asian Style and eggs. For dinner we recommend the Restaurant Tree House just 5 minutes walking up the street. We would come again.
