A lovely hotel and very nice and helpful staff. We forgot our bag on a sleeper bus and Mr Cap went above and beyond to help us retrieve it! Nice location very cute and quiet village. It was about a 30 minute drive to Sapa Town so you’d either need a taxi every time or rent a motorbike. Overall a really nice stay.

Clean and comfortable as well as affordable. Not in the tourist part of Sapa. Balcony. Can park motorcycle in basement. Great little local area. Walk to the suspension bridge and eat at the riverside restaurant/bar.

The experience exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The service was attentive, and both the reception and housekeeping staff were very dedicated. The pool was clean with a beautiful view, creating a truly refreshing experience. I’m very satisfied and will recommend it to my friends!

A little hike from the city center, but actual "hikers" and those who prefer a closer view of the mountainside might prefer this.

Outstanding customer service by this family owned hotel. Spacious room and balcony with beautiful mountain view. The Breakfast that is available with the room is pretty good. Nice hot shower unlike some hotels in Vietnam. Everything was an excellent experience at Boutique En Hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. It was nice, however I didn’t realise when booking it that it was very far from Sapa. There isn’t a lot around Ta Van so keep in mind it’s about 200vnd and 30 min to get to Sapa. There are basic convenience stores and little restaurants close by though.

The hotel was nice. Our room was very comfortable I felt right at home. The shower pressure was really good and the bed was comfortable. The owner was so helpful and friendly towards us.

Great location in local village. Easy to organise taxi/motorbike to get to Sapa if needed. On the hiking route through the valley.

In description it does say included buffet breakfast but it was just a La carte at a restaurant nearby. Still good food though!

Rooms were very nice. Heat pump was a great inclusion to the rooms. Location is nestled in a local village down the valley close to all village treks.

It didn’t really look like the pictures, it’s a good place to stay but it definitely doesn’t look like it’s advertised.
