It was right opposite and next to two bars. We didn’t realise it was around the corner from beer street. Music was blasting out and it was very noisy. The hotel did offer ear plugs however and the music usually stopped by 1am. When travelling with a young child that was a bit difficult.

The only issue is checking out of the hotel at night. Streets end up closing as the parties begin so it’s hard to get a taxi from the hotel

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but lots of delicious food is available just steps from the front door!

Amazing location, right in the middle of Hanoi's lively Old Town and "Beer Street" area, but still no noise carried up to our room, letting us have easy access to food and nightlife, but still a good sleep when we needed it. They were also able to arrange pickup for us from the airport, even though our flight entering Hanoi was delayed by over an hour, and made sure we made our transfer to Ha Long Bay on our checkout day. Nice, well kept and clean hotel in a great area, I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

The hotel was right on beer street which is a busy party street. The hotel can be loud for light sleepers, we are not so it wasn’t an issue for us. I also wouldn’t bother with the hotel spa. We spent $170AUD on a hot stone massage that was no where near as good as a massage from one of the parlours along the street.

Perfect location and exceptionally friendly staff. Was always greeted with a smile and a hello, the staff simply couldn’t do enough for you.

The service is excellent. We booked already before the trip via WhatsApp. The stuff Ms. Karathy was so helpful even to book the train for our next trip. The hotel is nice and in the city center. You can walk every where. The rooms are nice. So we can highly recommend this hotel and the travel Organisation! Also Mr. Duke and Mr. Viet have been so caring. Thank you for that nice experience!

It can be noisy being near beer street, but there is very good insulation so it wasn’t a big issue.

In Hanoi many hotels have rooms with no window. So i made sure to avoid booking one. However i ended up in one without a window. First staff said there is a window (referring to a tiny opening in the bathroom). I think that it should Not be counted as a room with window (as it should normally be in the main room). Nevertheless the guest relations staff was very helpful and gave me a different room. Although it wasn't refurbished like the other, it felt much better and i quickly settled in.

The very warm reception given upon arrival. Great service ensuring you are seated with a welcome drink and cold towel while they processed the check in. As we checked out very early, the team packed a simple breakfast bag to go. Very attentive and well trained staff providing service that is seen in 5 star hotels

The hotel is located very centrally in the old quarter so it’s easy to get everywhere and find excellent food. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Despite its central location amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Beer Street, the hotel room proved to be remarkably quiet. The moment you stepped outside the hotel, you were immediately immersed in the lively nightlife of Hanoi's Beer Street, making for an incredibly enjoyable experience. Our stay at the hotel was brief, just one night, but the room was spacious enough for three people, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Room wasn’t cleaned on the third day and the shower drain played up on one day

Centrally located in old quarter though if staying over a weekend it will be loud - sound proofing is pretty impressive though! Spacious room especially for 3 people and the staff were excellent
