Water needs to run for a while to turn hot. Quite a waste of water but I guess, due to the old water system, is no choice. The staff clarified well and service was overall good.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It is quite noisy that night as it was world cup finals but we slept very well anyway as we were all too tired to be disturbed by the cheers outside. Water needs to run for abt 3min before getting hot. Overall, it was a good night stay, amidst the busy streets in Hanoi. The kids enjoyed the spacious of the rooms as we had 2 big luggages and 1 cabin luggage.no problem with space. Located at old quarters already, so it is easy to walk around.

Hotel is located next to the Beer street, so it’s super easy to reach everything in the Old Quarter and it’s still quiet in the room despite the party is happening on the street. Room was clean & all facilities provided, really good value for economy type of room, but the best part was hotel staff! Jay was THE BEST HOST!!! He gave us an overview of the city, suggested some places to go to eat, helped with booking all tours we’ve wanted and was answering all our questions about Hanoi or Vietnam. Together with Karrathy, Hung & Long they’ve made our stay exceptional!

Very Good location, right in the heart of the city. the whole place transforms to a party by evening. old quarter and center of old town is just a walkable distance from the hotel.

We thought that the service was fantastic here! Mr. Dom and Ms. Karathy were the most welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The friendless of the rest of the staff (including Thomas, Sophie and Duy) were also exceptional. The cleaniness of the hotel and rooms were impeccable! To top it off I would highly recommend the location as you are directly in the centre of everything and only a short distance from many restaurants, shops and much more! 7 star location for sure! I will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone!!

Some run down of the water tap in the bathroom in our room, but not really a big deal.

The hotel staffs at reception was very helpful and friendly, especially Karathy and Thomas. We appreciated their help and service mind a lot. They helped to book very amazing tour programs for Halong Bay and Ninh Binh for us too. :)

Maybe it is just my preference, the connecting rooms I booked had small window, I had stayed at another hotel in Hanoi with a balcony and also hotel in Sa Pa, hence I am not that comfortable staying in the room. And there is only one bathroom to share for a family of 5.

All the staff are friendly and very approachable. We were allowed to keep our luggage before our stay from Sa Pa. Upon check in, they have someone to explain to you the map of Hanoi and places to visit, very professional. We requested for wake up call and was done promptly. The Lobby looks great and all the staff gave their best service to ensure you are comfortable. Thank you.

It's on Beer Street (Ta Hien), so you gotta be ok with the hustle and bustle that the street offers at night. The rooms are decently soundproofed but not 100%, so you gotta be ok with a bit of noise still. The showers were lukewarm and never hot, water pressure wasn't great when I was there. Lift broke down once, but was quickly fixed. Beds seemed a little old but was overall clean.

Location was very central in the Old Quarter and very accessible. Rooms were decently soundproofed and fairly large. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. They fixed all issues very quickly, and were very responsive on Whatsapp whenever required. They were very helpful in booking our Halong Bay trip, as well as with recommending us good food options (Pho Suong that is nearby is fabulous).
