Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GreeceI hadn’t noticed that hotel is located at the beer street, the most crowded street full of bars. Music is on till 00:00. Staff gave me earplugs, but they weren’t helpful. I recommend you to bring by yourself good quality of earplugs or noise blockers earplugs. The staff is pushy when it comes to book extra services and tours with them. I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to scary me by telling me that tours through getyourguide might be scam and to ask them if there is free cancellation. Plus, car ride costs double than taxi through booking.
Staff is welcoming and ready to help you with everything you will need.

AustraliaLiked: The staff had placed flowers on the bed as well as a complimentary bottle of wine/fruit for our anniversary which was lovely. The bed was huge and comfortable, good prices for the mini bar, lots of different lamp/light options in the room, there was a smart tv although the connection would drop it was nice to have YouTube. The location was fantastic, right in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter but the 3rd floor was still quiet. The staff were amazing and friendly, especially Noah and Josie, always polite, informative and smiled everytime we walked by. Disliked: The wifi was down for one night and the shower was a bit difficult to keep a solid temperature but not too big of a deal. However, we received a message via WhatsApp once we arrived at airport into Vietnam stating that our room was not available and that they were putting us in a sister hotel (we have heard that many hotels do this when they have overbooked themselves) we stood our ground and stated we want the room and hotel that we booked and the situation was quickly rectified which was good but shouldn't have really happened in the first place. Overall, more pros than cons and would stay here again.

JapanSomething I didn't like at first, but liked later: I was at first surprised to find the hotel is situated right at the center of "Beer Street," which I originally hadn't intended to visit, and especially since I arrived on a Saturday, this area is crowded, bustling, and very noisy. My first reaction was "oh no!," but after I checked in and went outside to join in the food and fun, I was happy with where I was. I had a room on an upper level (7F), and it was very quiet up there. I was told the rooms facing away from the street are also quiet. I don't know about lower-level rooms on the street side, but I guess they might be noisy. I cannot say.
I made many extra requests of the staff, and they accommodated all of my requests quickly and graciously.
