Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanSomething I didn't like at first, but liked later: I was at first surprised to find the hotel is situated right at the center of "Beer Street," which I originally hadn't intended to visit, and especially since I arrived on a Saturday, this area is crowded, bustling, and very noisy. My first reaction was "oh no!," but after I checked in and went outside to join in the food and fun, I was happy with where I was. I had a room on an upper level (7F), and it was very quiet up there. I was told the rooms facing away from the street are also quiet. I don't know about lower-level rooms on the street side, but I guess they might be noisy. I cannot say.
I made many extra requests of the staff, and they accommodated all of my requests quickly and graciously.

MalaysiaI have no complains really, just that the water pressure was slightly on the lower side, but apart from that, all is good. It was a comfortable stay.
Almost everything. The staff was especially nice and helpful and accommodating. Location was also on the more lively and vibrant side of the old quarters, beer street, (but it might not be suitable if you prefer a more quiet environment) and it was within walking distance to the hoan kiem lake.

In addition to the accommodation Noah also booked us in for a cruise in Ha Long Bay and a day trip to Ninh Binh and both were brilliant and highly recommended. Noah was a legend, 10/10.
