Nothing. Everything was good! Only the breakfast could be further improved with more choice of fresh fruits and juice.

the shower drain was slightly blocked but it didn't leak to the rest of the bathroom.

Everything was perfect during my stay. I want to thank Josie and J. for all their help and support. This was a special day for me in Hanoi, so they upgraded me to a better room for the occasion. Five-star staff!! The room was clean and spacious in the very centre of Hanoi, with a balcony and nice views. Ta Hien is a bustling street, very noisy, especially on the weekends, but the room was on an upper floor and was good isolated.

The location is in center and very lively, but our room was still quiet. The staff is very friendly. The staff whatsapp you everyday if you need anything, if you have additional request, it comes fast. So happy with the staff as well, from reception to those who are assisting. Thanks to Josie and tim for being so attentive and the whole staff welcomes you with smile.

Older property showing a fair bit of wear & tear. We had 2 connecting rooms & moved once during our stay. Both times one of the rooms has an air conditioner that wasn’t working well.

Very handy location right in middle of Old Quarter. As soon as you stepped out you were right in midst of all the action. Excellent travel agent on site who helped us book tours & internal transfers. Very good communication. Staff were very helpful with all requests.

It was our first night, really good hotal, The stuff always want to help us, very good location in the old city! Clean. ask the reception guys to give you a recommendation for food and activities, they are always there to help you! overall very good thank you

Booked a high floor room with a balcony, (814), which gives you a space to breathe (and smoke) away from the hectic enchanting bustle of the streets below. Space is at a premium in the old quarter so the room was well-sized and well-priced for the area. And it is a great location, close to the lake opposite beer street (photo attached). But expect a little noise to seep upwards at night, didn't stop us sleeping supremely well though

One of the rooms was right near the street and was really, really noisy. The other room faced away from the street and was not noisy, and was comfortable to sleep in.

The cleanliness of the all the facilities andthe friendliness of the staff. Also loved the complementary tea/coffee and snacks - lovely touch!

To us it’s not a problem but for light sleepers, since the hotel is in the Old Quarter, it will get a bit loud at night but usually stops past midnight. The rooms are sound proof but if you need, the hotel has earplugs for you. For us, it didn’t bother us and we got a good night sleep each night. So overall, the property was perfect and just right for us!

We stayed here for 4 nights and this was our 1st time to Hanoi! The location and staff were amazing! It was so easy together to get around and so many places to see, visit and eat! We are right in the Old Quarters so it’s super convenient! The hotel and room were clean - it has a boutique feel and super comfortable. Also, I really love that the hotel uses WhatsApp to contact the guest. This is super smart and super efficient! We booked a room with a view overlooking the Main Street so it was nice to wake up to a nice view and see everyone up and about and at night, it was nice to see the nightlife below us. The staff spoke great English so it was very easy to communicate and ask for directions/information. Special shout out to Josie, Tuan, Đức, Hoang, Noah, Hai & every other staff at the hotel for the very memorable and special stay! You all were amazing and thank you for everything you’ve done for us during our stay! We hope to come back soon again!!!

All the staff were amazing . We experienced a medical emergency during our trip and they made sure my teenage children were looked after while I was in the hospital with my husband during the day. Above and beyond. Thank you.

Incredible location within Hanoi's Old Quarter, right on beer street. The chaos and sounds of the busy street below could not be heard from the room, it was amazing. Also attentive and informative staff.
