The place is super convenient location wise, it’s caotic but fun to experience that street by night during the weekend.

Room can be larger but you can upgrade. Weekends the streets are filled with street fare and taxi/Grab can only reach 100m from Hotel. Weather is hot!

Loved all of it. I guess if we'd been wanting to party we might have been disappointed that the sky bar was so quiet when we visited.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms - the suite especially, and fruit was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant - not only was the view amazing but the food was incredible! Great location - Its right in the heart of things so it was fun to step out on Friday night right into the pedestrianised street food etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at the La Mejor hotel in Old Town Hanoi. Our room was spacious, private, relaxing, clean and the food was very tasty! When we came back from Ha Long Bay we were welcomed back for luggage storage before our overnight train to Sapa. Mr. Du Ngo the front office manager was very accommodating and helped us with the time we had before our train including helping to book our spa experience. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to everyone!

The only con is how expensive drinks and lunch/dinner are on the rooftop. You can go across the street and get food/drinks for one fifth of the price

Beautiful amenities and super friendly staff. They took care of all transportation and arranged an amazing Ha Long Bay experience for us. Definitely do the 3 day 2 night if you plan to visit Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was delicious too.

I think a bit more variety for the pastries and drinks at the breakfast would be nice. I also was a bit confused as I had booked what I believed was the executive room with street window and a shower but the hotel manager guaranteed me I didn't. Not sure what happened there since the executive was cheaper on booking. It's alright though, still amazing value, I'm just not a fan of internal Windows (they are in every hotel in Hanoi because of the architecture)

Thank you to all the staff that made our trip amazing. We had a lot of struggle not necessarily related to the hotel and they helped us every time. Han and Jane are two or the names I remember but everyone was on top of their help game. Warm welcomes, good breakfast, amazing rooftop, I can't stress that enough. Sadly we didn't try the restaurant outside of breakfast hours, I'm sure the food is great. Those cocktails were succulent, the room is quite spacious, AC works well. And the bed is the best we've had in Hanoi, good sleep 😴. Will definitely come back

The room could have more lights. It felt a little dimly lit.

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is smack in the middle of the most happening street in old quarter so that’s a plus. The staff at the hotel speak english well and are very polite and accommodating to requests. They even allowed us to take a shower before our flight later in the day after check out. It felt like a blessing because it was so hot outside. Thank you Mr. Du for being so considerate.
