Apart from a little noise the first night from some noisy neighbours, nothing. It was a relaxing, pleasant stay and we were made to feel very welcome.

This hotel has recently undergone extensive renovations and they have done a great job. Staff went out of their way for us, room was huge, as was the bed, and it was the most comfortable we have slept in whilst in Asia. We even had a complimentary platter of fruit in our room. Great care has been taken to soundproof the rooms as the hotel is on 'beer street', which is a fun place to enjoy a cold drink or two and watch the world go by, but it can get a little noisy.

staff were all friendly and helpful. they served tea and gave us water bottles whilst we waited. we left our luggage there all day, they arranged airport shuttles and let us wait in their lobby for the evening before our late night flight. they recommended attractions, travel options and vegan places to eat. Du, Ahn and Tran really stood out. Du went to buy our water puppet tickets for us.

Nothing in particular, the team was able to provide us with a room facing away from Beer Street so we barely heard any noise from the chaos below, so do take note of that!

Du and his team were true highlight of our stay. They were always very friendly, responsive and Du personally ensured that our stay in Hanoi was comfortable. He also has great recommendations for local food around the area. The property was very convenient, a couple of minutes from the Hoan Kiem Lake and right smack in the middle of the Beer Street bustle.

It wasn't a minus, but in the mornings I would wake up to a rooster crowing. It's a busy street, but it's the only way to be at the centre of all the action.

A modern and high-end hotel. With a comfortable bed, large bathroom and Netflix. Breakfast is rich and surprisingly varied. The staff is very polite and helpful. Wifi works perfectly. Thank you for the great memories from Ha Noi.

This hotel has a great location in the bustling old quarter, but open the door and you have comfort & peace. We had the cheapest room type (internal window ) on the 3rd floor. It was great value & quiet. Breakfast had a huge range of food plus eggs cooked to order. But the best of all was the service especially from Du the manager. He went above and beyond getting us a Halong Bay trip sorted at a great price. The bus he booked us to Tam Coc was priced at 60% of what the backpacker we met on the bus paid for exactly the same trip. We have booked a couple more nights around our other plans. The airport pick up was a smooth process too. 100% recommend this hotel. And as a bonus you get discount in the cool rooftop bar.

Breakfast was well beyond my imagination!!! They had everything you could ever need in the room from slippers and toothbrushes to combs and hairdryers etc!

Due to the location, it’s noisy and difficult to sleep. Also though it’s new, the word Luxury in the name is misleading as quality of many items is less than luxury but still ok.

The reception staff and bellman were the best thing about the hotel and the location is good to explore the old quarter.

If I had to change one thing it would be the offer of the breakfast. Since I‘m not the one eating salted in the morning,I was left a bit disappointed in the variatioun of the breakfast-buffet. If you like Phò or other viatnamese dishes for breakfast,you‘ll be well served :).

The location is perfect. You‘re in the centre of the old quarter so you can visit everything within a few steps. Even if there’s a lot going on in that street,especially on the evening,you couldn‘t hear a thing from inside the rooms since we were located in the back of the hotel (where most of the rooms are located). It was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff is very nice and tries everything to make the guests feel welcomed. Since we had to leave before breakfast to get to the airport,the staff offered us a doggibag. Any help we needed: information on our next stay at another hotel, organising a driver to get somewhere,any questions,they‘d do everything to satisfy our needs.
