Location was perfect, got a good idea of everyday life and was close to the lake. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and nice to have eggs cooked to order. The staff were absolutely lovely and were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble , they offered take out breakfast for us when we left early for day excursion.

Location is great. The room is the same as the picture. It is comfortable! Breakfast is delicious. The staff is kind and willing to help. They also offer the great shuttle service.

10/10 for everything. First off, the hotel is perfectly located, right in the old quarter, near everything (markets, restaurants, stores, etc). The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and thoughtful. They all speak great English so the communication is very easy. Room was nice and a patio is, everything was clean. They offer laundry that was ready in just a few hours. The breakfast buffet is so various with sweet and savoury, hot and cold and also soup and eggs on demand. We had to check out at 12pm but they let us leave our luggages until 10pm and even let us have a shower. I wish we had stayed longer because I can only say good things.

We loved the location of this hotel, easy access to Walking street around the lake and the night markets. The staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough for us. The rooms were spacious( we had a balcony room) and breakfast in the adjoining restaraunt was great.

Superb hotel, the staff is lovely, smiling and they provide a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service (there is a doorman who opens the door for you every time you go out), at the reception they are attentive and kind, making recommendations of what is around. If you want to leave your luggage to go one night on the bay of Along no problem, they give you a ticket and keep your luggage. We found the breakfast great (special mention for the bacon and eggs that we order at the minute and there are all kinds of eggs... poached, omelet... and we who love eggs, it is really very appreciable (the poached eggs have never been missed, runny heart) and fresh fruit. The hotel looks better in real life than in the photos. The rooms are ultra clean 10/10 we do not regret this hotel at all.

Nice central hotel with friendly staff. Miss Kim was very attentive in booking a trip to Lan Ha Bay and transfer to Nimh Bình. Her communication was very efficient and helpful.

The staff here will just make everything so easy, the smiling faces and friendly vibes are amazing. If you want to book a taxi or day trip it's so easy at the hotel...the location is perfect, the hotel itself is comfortable and spacious enough and I would highly recommend!

We've just completed a 5 night stay here and it's been a wonderful experience. Justin especially was a delight to deal with, as were all the staff who are friendly, funny, engaging and very pleasant. Location wise you're in the middle of old quarter. Everything is within a few mins walk and even if you want to venture further out. It's easy to navigate. Breakfast selection was good with plenty of choice for all diets. Should we come back to Hanoi we'll stay here for sure. Its been great.
