Because we don't speak the local language, at first we didn't know what to do when we arrived. But the reception helped us to contact our host and from then on all was easy.

We liked the apartment, it was clean, bright, spacious, quiet and comfortable. From the balcony we had a nice few over part of the ocean and the city. The young host arrived quickly and responded immediately to any of our questions. He showed us everything and we got clear instructions. The beach and walking area along the ocean is just across the street. Many restaurants and coffee shops are around the corner and some are even in house.

The bed. We don’t do well with soft bed and this bed was way to soft. It was hard to sleep on it and my husband ended up with back pains, but if you like soft beds this is the place for you. It wasn’t for us.

The room was spacious and the staff was very responsive. We reached out that we needed a knife and cups. They responded right away and got it to us within a timely manner.

My unit is 2809, the toilet is smelly (although it's clean). I think the smell from the drain system. Maybe it's installation mistake, so it isn't easy to fix it by flushing or cleaning.

The service team is kind and supportive. The location is central of QuyNhon, very convenient with many restaurants around. From the apartment balcony, I can see almost the half of Quy Nhon and sea view!

you should know that this is not a hotel. it is apartments that you have to pay "rent" for in advance. the staff does not speak english. there is no 24/7 reception and communication is difficult. no housekeeping or anything like that. if anything wouldve went wrong with the trip e.g. someone forgot a key or late arrival, i dont know how we would be able to sort it out.

the apartment is a fantastic value for money. the facilities are modern and mostly clean. location is quite central. the bed and pillows are comfier than the ones i have back home. didnt want to leave.

The only thing is the sink in the bathroom, the waste water is slow to go down. But no drama!

Location is very good, walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and taxi right in front of the building. The size of the room is very spacious and clean and the price is very reasonable.

There is a mismatch between the description given by Booking.com and the reality. Only cash payments accepted. 3 beds in the room means 2 beds Walk in shower means over bath shower Fully equipped kitchen lacks most basic equipment like coffee mug or cup, spoon for stirring, pan for frying....and much more.

Location is great, right across the road from the beach. Staff are very helpful although they don't speak English.

the shower was a bit low, also water would splash everywhere when we take a shower. the owner should provide some small towels for us to wipe the bathroom, dining table and kitchen benches.

the fact reception directed you to someone else to pay or for help weird set up- we arrived at hotel we had to pay cash to some guy sat in the lobby who had kept messaging me asking what time i would arrive at the hotel. Later found out this is an illegal hotel. The owner is in jail and the police are getting paid as bribes which made sense after a local told us car park is not free and swimming pool was not free this should be stated on the listing

Should fix all the damage like taps, water splashed everywhere. Kitchen utility should be more appropriate and sponge should be new every new tourist check in. Washing cloths were filthy.

We got an excellent apartment, and our property manager was waiting and very polite and helpful. There are various different management groups looking after different people's properties here so be warned it can be different experiences with different managers and owners. Our experience was excellent and I would endeavour to book the same again. Some people in the same wedding group had issues with rooms being different to description and cleanliness. They also were booking through booking.com but greeted by a different host. Pick this one and you may have better luck.
