Some young people that weren't very considerate. Coming back in the middle of the night and talking loud in the room and taking up a lot of space in the common spaces (toilet and room) so you had to move their stuff to temporarily use the area you needed. The bathroom could have been cleaned more often in a dorm with 10 beds.

The location is good and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. The included breakfast isn't much to choose from but still nice to have the opportunity. The beds were comfy and clean. Shower was big and had hot water.

I think the communal area could be a bit bigger and it would be nice if there were more shared bathrooms.

Can I say everything? The communal space was fantastic, the breakfast was exceptional. Lucas, Shane, Jerry and Kyle are some of the nicest lads, really welcoming and it’s the first place where it really felt like a home away from home! The hostel is run so well and it is very very clean. It’s got a really nice chill vibe and can be really sociable as a solo traveller! The family dinners were such fun and all the guys are really knowledgable about anything you ask them. It’s also in a great spot in the city, and felt really safe and secure.

My best hostel so far ! Everything was perfect from the breakfasts, to the room, the hospitality and the host. The team was super friendly and helpful. The family dinner was a great way to socialize and share good times.

Wish I could’ve stayed longer! Gito is such a lovely hostel. The location is great with the old town just a short walk away, the breakfast is incredible (don’t miss the pancakes!), and the staff make it feel like home. They gave me good recommendations for food & things to do around here. Will definitely stay again when I'm back next!

No elevator. Not really a con for me as this has been a very common thing while I have been traveling through SE Asia. The building is not very tall though so it didn’t really bother me (And I was on the top haha).

I only stayed at this hostel for one night on my way down through Vietnam. Boy I had no idea what this experience would be! In just a few short hours hanging out at this hostel, I had some of the best times that I have had yet on my trip through South East Asia. This is due mostly in part to the staff at Gito, and especially the owner Lucas. In such a short time, they showed me so much of Hoi An, the beach, the bars, even a speakeasy in old town! I am so sad to be leaving! Aside from the amazing staff, the hostel itself is really wonderful! The vibe of the property gives off a very authentic Vietnamese style (and the garden is beautiful!!). I also loved the breakfast made fresh each morning (I found out the owners Mom often comes in to cook!!). The other guests at the property were also wonderful to get to know! I had so much fun hanging out the night I arrived! All in all, I truly loved my time at this hostel and will definitely be back! Hoi An is such a special place and I really want to see more of it!

There’s nothing to dislike!

The staff are great, the location is just perfect (10 minutes walk to the center, 10 min scooter to the beach). You can do laundry here, rent scooter, you get delicious breakfast, the staff can help you with literally everything!!! The venue is quite new and everything is well organised and clean. My favorite spots were the big rooftop and the garden. I’ll be back for sure :) 💙

I had the best stay here! It's a fairly new hostel, so everything is in an amazing condition. The bed was comfortable and came with curtains, a light, and a good-sized locker. The owner is a good laugh, and his team was super friendly and helpful. The family dinner they arranged was the perfect opportunity to meet other guests :) Highly recommend for those that want a chilled, but social vibes.

The hostel is really cute!! So close to the old town yet still quite from the traffic noises. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The bed is also comfortable and breakfast is included (which is yummy!!!) as well :P They also have family dinner, game nights and karaoke nights here
