Bean was really helpful during our stay, we booked the ha giang loop with them and it was fantastic, small group and lot of amazing view point. The hostel is not in the center of Ha Giang (but superclose by taxi) and it was what I looking for, something quite and intimate. Room is really confortable, the bed is great as well. I will come back.

We arrived at 4am and I wasn't feeling well, they had a room available for us to sleep in before our room was ready and toilets/showers were also available. They really looked after us and made sure we were comfortable. Food is excellent and all facilities are clean and in great condition. The room itself was extremely comfortable with a great shower! We arranged our Ha Giang loop tour through them and we couldn't have been more satisfied with it! We even stayed an extra night because we felt so comfortable here. Thoroughly recommend!

I could not be happier with the hospitality I received from Bean and the team. The place is wonderful, the food is great, and the chefs and maids are amazing — I’ve never been to a place so magical. I went on the Ha Giang 3-day tour, and it was incredible. Bean managed to arrange everything for me and took care of me like I was family. I couldn’t be more grateful for how they treated me — truly the best people ever. I highly recommend Ha Giang Loop Hostel & Tours. They offer all types of rooms, and my room was both amazing and spotless. I’m so grateful and humbled by the experience. I’m already planning to come back and have recommended it to my friends, who have now booked with Ha Giang Loop Hostel & Tours as well. Also, you have to try the beef rice with pepper sauce — it’s absolutely amazing!

This property is amazing and Bean is super kind and really helpful with any questions you have. Me and 2 friends were able to rent bikes and complete the loop thanks to Beans advice and he lets you leave all your big bags in lockers at the hostel. Food is also really good and you can get free breakfast. Pool table, really chill common area, and beautiful rooms. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Everything was perfect!

Honestly if I could give 100000 stars to Mr Bean, I'd! I cannot really put into words how helpful, caring, attentive and kind he has been to me throughout my stay and how patiently he answered all my questions and my concerns before arriving in the country. There were some setbacks during my trip since I got hospitalised in the middle of the loop tour (that he had arranged for me). He offered to arrange a taxi for me to go to the nearest hospital and during my stay there he brought me fruits, milk and some hot food completely free of charge twice! He treated me like family in a very discouraging moment ( I was all by myself and pretty sick). He kept texting me everyday to check on me to make sure I had all I needed. I've never been treated like this before by any host anywhere. This hostel is your perfect bet and it's also lovely (wooden rooms, very comfortable,in a rural area surrounded by mountains). If I ever decide to come back again for the loop tour, I'll stay here again,it's a no brainer. Mr Bean you're just unbeatable, keep up the good work and again thank you for everything ❤️

It's quite far out from Ha Giang city center and there is not much in the village (no ATM or much restaurants) so make sure you don't need to go back and forth because the taxi will end up costing you the same as the room.

Beautiful quiet hostel with some of the friendliest staff! Bean was great, making sure we were well organised from the moment we booked until we left. He organised all tours and busses for onwards travel. We were also allowed to stay and use facilities after we arrived back in the afternoon from the Ha Giang loop while we were waiting for the bus. The tour was also organised by Bean and was a small group, very intimate and well organised. Thanks Bean!

Using the bathroom as a tall person is a bit of a challenge.

Clean facilities and very nice, minimalistic rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, not just with the hostel, but also with getting good motorbikes and organizing further transport. The hostel is a bit outside of the main town area.

It was a bit far out of town so you can’t go for a quick walk into town. We were only staying for the night before doing the loop so it didn’t matter that much. Would also have liked to see more Vietnamese food and vegetarian options on the menu as they had pretty basic/limited options

The room was really nice and super clean. Comfortable extra large bed with warm doona, good shower with free amenities. And for a super affordable price!! The worker here was really nice and helpful. We wanted to do the Ha Giang loop on our own without a tour/easy rider and told us about the risks, routes etc. We hired a bike plus insurance through the hostel and it went really well and was an affordable price.

Bean was the best! I arrived in Ha Giang on my own, with no knowledge or group for the Loop. Bean answered all my questions, teamed me with a group and arranged the most stunning 4-day tour! Plenty of highlights yet not too many, so you also enjoy quality time on the bike just taking in the view. The hostel itself was quiet and clean, a great place to stay before/after 4 busy days. Highly recommend!
