Great supportive staff for our taxi which we couldn't pay- they handed over a cash loan. Very friendly, give great advise and assistance. Highly recommend. Oh and the best views from our room.

The bathroom is a bit older in style, the water pressure is not good for the shower

Great location, hustle and bustle at the door step! Friendly staff at all times, always greeting us as we come and go. Bed was comfortable, not too noisy given we had a street facing room, it did not bother us. Would stay again!

Loved everything

This place is fantastic. The people are beautiful. Treat you like a family . Great English. Excellent location. Great service . We would definitely stay here again. We will miss all of there friendly faces didn't want to leave .. absolutely loved hanoi but the people were what made it memorable. Hope to see you all again thank you everyone

The bathroom in the room was surrounded by glass and included a glass sliding door. This wasn't ideal for a sharing room because if anyone went to the bathroom during the night, the bathroom light would glare through the glass wall and the sliding door was noisy.

The room size was decent for 3 people and the beds were comfortable. The lighting in the hotel was exceptional and the balcony view was a nice touch. The rooftop bar was also an additional perk of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Roger who helped us unlock our safe when it was stuck!). The hotel breakfast was included and had a good selection for everyone. The hotel was in an amazing location, very close to lots of shops and restaurants. We only stayed here 1 night but would recommend for a short stay.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not replenished. It’s a bit of a usual story if you go down later every thing is either cold and we couldn’t even get plates or coffee mugs without going to reception to ask there help . We only had the one breakfast!

The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The beds were also very comfortable. The location is excellent. Breakfast very good. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff at the reception.

The wi-fi was a bit unstable in our room. One day they came and fixed It for us, but some hours afterwards It was down again. There is a little bit of noise from de street at the front rooms, but it is a minor issue.

Our family of 4 loved this hotel! Right in the heart of the old town and close to the lake as well. The staff is incredible, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed . Breakfast is very good too. The views from the rooftop bar are very nice. Hanoi is an incredible city!

Staying at the Bella was a great place to be after arrival in Vietnam! The staff were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking a busy little street but with the doors shut, you were not disturbed! The location was amazing as you can use the lake as a landmark so as not to get lost! The breakfast was lovely.... a fantastic start to my exploration of Vietnam!
