The room showed a balcony on the photos but it was really a dark room that had a small hole for some natural light. There is almost no natural light in lots of the accomodation so it can be disoreinting when you wake up and its still pitch black.

Nice facilities and very helpful staff. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the bathroom was nice.

This bnb is in the French quarter is quite hidden you have to take a little road to get in, but communication via WhatsApp with the host was great. The rooms are spacious there is a kitchen and full fridge if you have to stay long its a good accommodation, there are balcony’s they are very cute but as the building is very close to the next one the light doesn’t come in if you stay in the first floors mind that. Our stay was nice the host responded to our request positively and quickly recommend the stay!

Recently refurbished to decent quality. Felt like brand new to be honest. Perfectly located a walking distance or short Grab ride from central Hanoi. Quiet street off a busier road and also had a balcony which was comfy to sit at whilst preparing for the day.

We liked the quiet and nicely furnished appartment, beds were comfortable, we also appreciated the balcony and air condition/heating. Despite challenges in communication, stuff was helpful with our very early check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ben's apartment. It's in a relatively quiet area and is very accessible on foot. There are a lot of street food vendors, cafes, and restaurants nearby and the city centre is at a walking distance. The room had everything we needed: comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water, and a bathroom and small kitchen which were well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted my parents who travelled separately by arranging airport taxi services and making sure they arrived safely at the apartment and departed on time to the airport upon check out. They were easily contactable and were always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Ben's apartment especially to those travelling in a group or with family.

A little hard to locate 1st time.

Comfortable apartment style accommodation with great self catering facilities and good location for visiting the old town by foot. It's tucked away down a little alleyway so not so easy to find. The local area also has some nice restaurants to visit.

The facility is new and hyper clean and well equipped with all amenities. Furthermore, it is in a quiet alley far from the hassle of the city, but close enough to old Town and other monuments by Grab or Walk. We also like Mrs Ha who was quite helpful with everything we needed and responded to our inquiries in real time.

Ha, the receptionist, was wonderful with us, very kind and hospitalist. The hotel is very good located and you can get the main places to visit in a few minutes.

Location hard to find specially the main entrance is not along the road. Grab taxi might drop you to it's nearby drop off which you still have to walk farther. Advise, saved any trademark store that is really close to the apartment for safer drop off.

The apartment is close to the city centre, just 20 minutes by foot. The room was clean and ok, special thanks to the receptionist Ha for the warm welcome. I definitely recommend.

Hotel was like 15/20 mins by walk from city centre, which was just perfect for us cause we had opportunity to see the surounding on the way there.Hotel was clea, cumunication with owner was smooth and when we asked for something, he arranged it pretty quickly :) AC worked, bathroom was clean. Beds way too comfortable :)) I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The shower was a bit temperamental but the hot bulbs above it made up for that!

The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve stayed in for a long time, slept like a baby!!! Locations good… about a 20-25 minute walk from the old quarter. It’s a bit hard to find but hosts were there when we arrived to show us where to go!

Two days prior to arrival, we were contacted on WhatsApp by the property to ask what time we would be arriving. We explained that we would be arriving late (after midnight) and provided a flight number and ETA, confirming if it would be ok to check in late. On arrival to the property, we found the front door locked and spent the next 10-15 mins trying to call the property to get access. Once we finally got into the property, we were assured we could just get in and sleep and pay for our room in the morning (it was 2am by this point). We chose this property because of the generous 12pm check out time, so we could catch up on sleep after our late flight. But the next morning, before 9am we were awoken by a cleaner who attempted to enter the room and then a further two more times by someone knocking at the door asking us to pay for the room. It was a shame that the communication was so poor, as overall this is a very nice property.

This accommodation is in a good location, slightly away from the chaos of the Old Quarter. There are lots of nice cafes nearby. The room was large and airy and well kitted out with a fridge and kitchenette. The balcony was spacious and a nice bonus. The beds were large and comfy. The AC worked well and the shower pressure/water temperature was great. Overall this is a great place to base yourself for a stay in Hanoi.
