Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was convenient and close to lots of interesting walking trails. As it’s right in the heart of Oldtown Hanoi, there’s a lot to do and see. Lots of young backpackers. The breakfast included was a real plus.

United StatesAs others said, they tried to put me in a smaller room with no bath or window even though I paid for the larger room. When I told them, they put me in the correct room. But it seems like something they do a lot.The room was a little dirty with hairs on the bed and in the bathtub. Often there was no one at the desk. There was no one there at check -out.

The location is perfect without much noise from traffic. Beds are very comfortable and the staff really helpful. Shower nice and warm and breakfast is just fine. Price/ quality is good.

PolandThe only thing are the thin walls. I could literally hear everything that was going on a corridor and even in the neighbors' room...
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff - super nice & helpful! The breakfast was amazing as well, lots of choices to choose and even on New Year's Eve some cakes were available in dinning area - that was really nice! The beds are big and comfy. The location also convenient - however please note it's very touristy. So it's loud and prices in souvenir shops / restaurants are more pricy then for example few streets away.
