Hotel is in an amazing location and close to many places we wanted to visit. The staff was exceptional and were so friendly during our visit and helped us book some activities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very comfortable rooms with a very big bed. You will not get a better location in Hanoi than here- very central, close to all shops, restaurants, bars etc. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Would highly recommend.

Everything about Amorita Boutique Hotel was wonderful during my stay in Hanoi. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything, the room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and the staff are just beautiful and made me feel so welcome and accommodating. Thanks to Ms. Mai and all of the staff at Amorita for going above and beyond. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back soon.

Not a dislike, just a note on condensation due to the humidity. This caused a slight musty odour that some may find off-putting. But it didn't worry us.

We only stayed one night, staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious & clean. Yummy breakfast.

The staff was very nice and helpful :) The room was as advertised, very spacious and cleaned every day. Also, efficient laundry service. The location was excellent, right in the middle of old quarter and close to most landscapes you should visit. I feel we made a great choice staying at this hotel. Highly recommend! If we ever come back to Hanoi we will book this again.

Not as much the property but the food tour they suggested was a ridiculous price. Went and did my own street food eating for wayyy cheaper.

The bed is quite comfortable and the breakfasts were made to order which was quite good. Someone else said was the same each day they were wrong, it was different for our 3 day stay and you can just order different things. The front staff was quite helpful organizing a ride and suggesting things to do.

The room is clean. The hotel is situated very near the lake, shopping areas and convenient to go just about anywhere.

Perfect location in the old quarter. Easy access to the lake, restaurants, bars, market. AMAZING staff!!!! extremely helpful, polite, happy , smiling people, ready to help and answer all our questions,. we are impressed by their professionalism and we are definitely going back to Amorita Hotel on our next visit to Vietnam and this is mainly due to the hospitality and warm welcoming we received from these beautiful people. Breakfast can be improved with providing different menus on different days

My 2-night, 3-day stay here was outstanding, thanks to their exceptional service and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond, with Bryan standing out for his constant, friendly assistance. After injuring my ankle on the first day, the hotel promptly arranged a hospital visit, showcasing their genuine care for guests. The entire team’s dedication and kindness made our stay memorable. I give their service a perfect 100 out of 100. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an excellent hotel experience.
