It was a cozy little Hotel in the middle of the old quarters. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was also really nice and helped me whenever I had a question. It was really good value for the price :)

The room could do with some renovation - repaint the walls and some small areas of the rooms could do with some TLC.

The receptionist guys were friendly and very accommodating. We checked in at 3am one morning with no issues. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked.

Great location, walking distance to majority of the key streets for food, markets and drinks. Can get to most places by a max 15 minute walk. Ideal for a couple night stay.

Location - right in the heart of old town. A couple of blocks from the lake. Room- I had a huge bed. An air conditioner, desk, chair, night stand and tv (never tuned it on so I don’t know about channels.) Elevator to all the floors. It was a comfortable room. The bathroom had an enclosed shower with a water filter on the shower. Very comfortable room. Check in and out was very smooth, everyone was so nice. As a solo travel, I felt well looked after. They gave me tips on what to do and see, they also help arrange day trips and airport pickups. I was genuinely greeted each time I came and left. WiFi for the most part was very good. Depending on my neighbors it might slow down a little but not bad. I was there over New Year’s so that could have affected it as well.

Slept for 8 hours steady, although the rooms are not really soundproof. So that means it was a good bed :)

Very friendly and helpful staff! You can leave your bags in the private area after check-out, so you have some extra time to browse the city.

The hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful.  the bed was large and comfortable. We stayed up on the seventh floor and it was nice and quiet.

The room size is a bit small for more than 4 nights. I suffered an incident and had to stay in the room longer the last day. The hotel management decided to charge full late check-out and gave us 30’ for free. We didn’t expect it in that situation and having being long stay guests.

The room wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets had lots of stains on it, plus some hair in bed. There was no hot water in the shower on my last day.

The location was great and so was the staff. Comfortable bed, working air conditioning with heating.
